Bradley came out to snake our toilet and was quick and efficient. I appreciated being able to make an appointment online, and for the next day.

Called for a service on a toilet to remove a toy car. You don't get an estimate when you call. They have a service line that then has dispatch call you within an hour. I had to call back the next day as I never received a call from dispatch. They were quick once They transferred me. The technician came and was very nice. But the cost to remove the toy from the toilet cost me almost $800 for less than 2 hours of work. They charged $600 to simply remove the toilet. Talked to my contractor that recommended them and he stated, he used them to them to drill through concrete in a drain that only cost $200, surely that was more labor intense. He confirmed that I was absolutely ripped off with this service.

It was extortion, just to replace a faucet I was quoted $750. It’s laughable, Bill gates time is cheaper than this . I asked the contractor to leave .

We had a pipe leak over the weekend. approx $200 just to come out and diagnose problem (fair). It was a pinhole leak that was present for over a day so the leak looked worse than it was. Standard copper pipe, 10 feet of replacement with standard fittings, 100% visible/ accessible. service was fine but he charged 1600 dollars! Didn't tell me how much more the service would be until after he performed the repair and tried to tell me he was giving me a discount. I felt compelled to pay because we were in a bind but I think this situation should be visible to other potential customers so they can make up their own minds about ethics and pricing.

Fair price. Fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend them.

Had a flooded basement due to some roots that were affecting the sewer line. They were able to get to my house fast and fix the problem with no hassle. Solid price as well. Fred was terrific and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
