TJK was super fast to come out to get my water heater replaced. Josh called prior to coming over as promised. He had everything he needed (including a new water heater) on the truck. He left the basement area cleaner than how he found it.

We had water coming out of our drain in the storage area at rapid rates. Within 45 minutes of calling we had a tech in our basement assessing the issue very thoroughly. Very honest and kind technician named Chris. He was awesome! Highly recommend. Our problem was efficiently fixed and all questions addressed and answered with extensive knowledge.

Really pleased with the service from start to finish. Had to call on Labor Day weekend and got a live person who got us on the schedule for the afternoon. Tech that came was great. Friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we knew what he was doing. Answered all of our questions and had our system up and running in no time.

Northern Plumbing and Softening did an excellent job of updating all of my plumbing, both repairs and replacements. Chuck is a master plumber with years of experience in the business. The last time I had a main line back up I called Roto Reuters. They charged 50% more and did a less thorough job. I got a price quote immediately over the phone. There was a time when Roto-Rooter was not considered an honest and trustworthy company. This has most definitely changed. John was professional, skilled and friendly. Got the job done throughly and quickly. Cleaned up afterwards.It’s not the cheapest option in town but if you want some at your house immediately who you can count on to get the job done right, these guys are a great bet.
