These guys are fantastic! I called on Tuesday about a busted faucet, and they were able to schedule my repair for Thursday of the same week. I got a follow up call later that day from Paul to get more details and photos. On the call I mentioned I had a new toilet I needed installed, and he said they might have time to do it. On Thursday, Tim arrived right on time with a faucet ready to go. Once he got started, he noticed our ancient water valves didn’t have on/off knobs and offered to replace them. Very helpful! I never knew there weren’t knobs, so this could have been a disaster in the event of a leak. And he even had time to replace the toilet! Pricing was fair, invoice was easy to understand, Tim was friendly and quick.

When my sump pump failed Flooding the entire lower level of my home I had no idea what to do. Anthony walked me through the process and let me know what to expect. He answered my questions, which I had a million of, and eased what is easily one of the most stressful times in my life

Pablo is absolutely fantastic! He always responds right away and is very conscientious and affordable. He knows exactly what needs to be done and makes sure the customer knows what’s happening at every moment. He does not make an effort to upcharge you and recommend services that are unnecessary. He has many years of experience and works hard to earn your trust. He values the customer first and foremost.

The “care club” was poorly explained and isn’t a good deal. The 15% off only applies to repairs, not all labor (I wanted a new faucet installed but that wasn’t eligible). I asked this exact question before signing up and they confirmed that all labor was covered. Additionally, they tried to charge $375 EACH for installing new faucet and new disposal (I had already bought the units), and hooking up a dryer and a stove. So for what would have amounted to maybe 1-2 hours of work and no additional parts, they tried to charge like $1500! Incredible. I did the projects myself for just the cost of parts (and my own time). Their pricing scheme is very strange as it doesn’t have anything to do with time—there’s just a list of jobs and a price next to them, and there’s apparently no flexibility, even for an easy version of x job. I’d try to find an independent plumber who doesn’t have the marketing and management overhead of a place like PB—they can charge a fraction of the amount and still do fine.

He was on-time, personable, helpful, efficient, and skilled. He took the time to explain everything well. We were very happy with the service we received.

Woke up to a sewage backup this morning, they were at my house within 2 hours and had the problem fixed as best they could.I was given two options for next steps with quotes, unfortunately my situation is a little different as the city planned on fixing our water and sewage mains this spring.I was advised by Nick, to contact the city to see if they’d pay for this or reimburse as our city already planned to do this.Nick and Brad were both very friendly and knowledgeable, had me watch the process and answered all my questions.We had to pull some carpeting back and they put it back, looks like nothing was disturbed.Very happy with the experience.

Great work and great to work with. Came out in December and installed an outside sewer cleanout and fix my main line. I'd recommend them highly.

Matt came out within an hour of my emergency call/message to repair our failed sump. I called several plumbers (at 6 pm at night) and did not get a response from anyone else until the next day. Matt called me right back and headed on over. He then worked until about 11pm. - (when all the other locations were closed!) I cannot say thank you enough! Matt had a great attitude and EXCELLENT customer service. He is the person we will always call in the future for plumbing. He was helpful not only in getting the problem fixed but also in helping us identify potential underlying issues and solutions. I am so very thankful for his help last night and his willingness to go above and beyond to assist us in our 'crisis'. I did not realize I would need to have a contact in the plumbing business until something went wrong. Then it was an emergency and I had no one to call. Don't wait for an emergency. If you're like me and don't have a plumber to call, put this number in.

We had a major leak/waterfall in the basement and Ken's team was out there and done in less than an hour! They identified the issue and stopped the water flow. Potentially saving us tons on water damage repairs! Thanks!

I had a sewer backup emergency on labor day weekend. I contacted this company after being convinced, by not only one but multiple plumbing companies, Roto Rooter among them, that the main sewer pipe in my house had to be digged and repaired due to root intrusion. i was quoted $6000 by another company for the repair, not including fixing landscape afterwards which I would have had to contract separately. Kevin (the owner) promptly called me back and after a brief phone conversation agreed to review a sewer camera video I had obtained from one of the many plumbers that had come to my house. He called me back a day later and not only had he assessed my options from the video but had also called the city to find out when the PVC liner had been installed and by who since I didn’t know. To my surprise, he was very confident that clearing the roots with 6 blade was an option and no digging was necessary if I was willing to regularly clearing the roots (every other year or so). He recommended I give a call to Ron the Sewer Rat to do that work and sure enough that worked beautifully. Kevin saved me from having to spend thousands of dollars and was honest and explained every option to me even though he didn't end up getting any business in the process. If and when I need to repair the sewer line in the future I will definitely go with Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer & Water. Thank you so much Kevin!!!
