We had clogged drainage and my husband tried to drill it himself the previous day and can’t seem to get it unclogged. The next day a guy from Roto-Rooter came out to look at it and it seems to be draining fine. Thanks for takithe time to come out and not charge us anything. You guys are awesome and will definitely use your service in the future and most definitely will recommend your service to others.

I was finally contacted by a person from the company (to my surprise). I thanked him for having the courtesy to call me. We discussed the problem, the fact that I was asking for dirt NOT LANDSCAPING to fix the hole in my front yard. Again was told they don't do landscaping, which is not what I asked for ever. I explained that from my perspective the damage was due to the ground being disturbed twice, the second time they came to dig it only stood reason to me that the ground was not as solid therefor sustaining greater rutts. IN spite of this I advised him I was having someone come out to give me an estimate on another part of my property and would ask their opinion. I did follow through with doing so. Their estimate was 600.00, another estimate was 400.00 ad to have Home Depot deliver 2 yards to dirt would be 675.00. I contacted him, told him of my findings, he indicated it would work better for them if I was ok with it to send me a check in the amount of 400.00, then make adjustments to this review. I did get the check, which I cashed. when I went to go to the review, the format on the page had changed, my review was gone, only positive reviews were there. I thought that was pretty shady. I received a phone call on 4/14 indicating follow up with again what they are calling landscaping. Again, I indicated this was not landscaping, had gotten the check, but when I went to follow through with the review what I have stated in the beginning of this review. It appears again I needed to be contacted back as the person did not appear to know what I was talking about, I had put the review on their site, not Google. I received an email link to take 30 seconds to leave a review.here's the review, through persistent hounding from me and concerns for the optics of how they handled their business at my home, they acquiesced gave me what was called a 400.00 refund but continue to characterize it as landscaping. It was dirt, and only dirt, no grass seed, no repairing of the broken edging, or lost plants. that would be landscaping. would i use them again, absolutely not. I do not believe they are upset about their work, but that they were called out. It's too bad, I come from the generation where work ethics and integrity mean something. that truly caring about the customer means something. Guess those days are long gone which is disappointing at best. And unless you are up for a fight I would not recommend them.

My wife and I were very happy with Right Away Sewer & Drain Cleaning, and would not hesitate to use them again. Pablo was able to come right out after our call, and did a great job with our backed up basement laundry tub. It's refreshing to find a business that provides such good service and at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

We had an unpleasant surprise on a Saturday morning when we noticed a significant amount of water leaking from our water heater. I figured with it being a Saturday, it would make finding a plumber more difficult, but I needed this issue resolved ASAP. I called TJK because they had 24 hour service. They got to my house FAST! As I suspected, I needed a new water heater. Josh and Kyle got it installed in 4 hours, which included reconfiguring the venting per a new regulation. I couldn’t believe I was back up and running so quickly and that I could enjoy my Saturday night without having this issue hanging over my head. Would recommend!

Derek from Roto-Rooter arrived within an hour of our call on a Friday night. He proceeded to clear our clogged main drain all the way out to the street. Kept me updated at each step in the process. He was very friendly and professional top-notch service. I highly recommend!
