An absolute top tier, knowledgeable, professional full service plumbing company. I have an old (100+ years) south Minneapolis house, that occasionally shows its age in many ways. In this chapter of “My Old House”it’s all about the main line out of the house, connecting to the city sewer system. Yes, the guys from General had to tell me the bad news that it needed major repair, but the professional way they handled and solved the problem was, truly, second to none.

Called them to unclog a drain that I had already tried to do myself. Easy scheduling even on a Sunday for service on Monday, prompt arrival at the agreed time even though roads were icy. Mark our technician was great and respected our home by wearing booties and used the right equipment to get the job done! Great job!

Guy’s assessed the source of the issue and gave helpful advice on keeping the drain line from plugging in the future. That in addition to great service in getting the line cleaned out.

I had two plumbing problems and both were fixed so the service was successful. Total time took about 20 min. The serviceman talked on the phone with a co worker for about half of the time he was working. Cost for the service was $480 which seemed quite high for the time required for the repairs. So, pleased with results and efficiency but unhappy with the cost.

Had a badly leaking pipe from the kitchen sink into the basement. He arrived promptly and was a genuinely nice person. Perfect fix with very reasonable, transparent pricing. I will most definitly refer them to others. Very happy with the overall experience.

We had pronto install a high efficiency furnace this spring , and we are more than happy. The price was competitive and they delivered on all their promises.The salesperson was so professional in explaining everything to us. The installers came on time, kept us informed, and were such neat freaks. At the end of the install, they cleaned everything up,and explained the system to us. We had a wonderful experience, and would highly praise their professional service from start to finish

The guy didn't check his work, so I need to call another plumber to do the job. They are very expensive - $200 for a 10 min job, and he didn't even check to see if it was working. The owner and the plumber were rude and very impatient. They don't guarantee their work. Call someone else to get the job done right at an affordable price. Not sure how they stay in business since their focus is on commercial work.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
