Please do your self a favor stay away from this company!!! they came out to clean my sewer line after 3hrs. machine braking down they told me they could not get through the clog. they said they were sending out the camera guy knowing very well he could not see anything with the line filled with water put the camera down the line and said yup it is plugged we will have to dig up your yard for $5.800 and if they had to go into the street it would cost about $14.000, but if i did it right away they would give me a deal. Red Flags!!! so i call another place within 1/2 hour they were through the clog only $200.00.

Our basement shower drain had backed up onto the floor, and it also seemed to be clogged. Thankfully, Guy's Sewer and Drain was able to help us avoid a disaster when it turns out our sewer line was clogged and very nearly full to backing up all the way to flooding the basement floor! Brad was punctual, efficient, very easygoing and extremely knowledgeable. He had lots of information for us as new homeowners and we've already booked for an inspection of the line next year and plan to be regular customers. Would highly recommend to anybody in need for big and small problems alike!

We had issues with our sewer line and had water backing up in the basement. We had Roto-Rooter come out after seeing the high rating on Google and we are happy we did. They sent Adam to our house and he was very friendly and easy to get along with. Adam was very knowledgeable and had tons of useful information on the issue. The job took no time at all Adam was in and out of our house in a flash and we no longer have any issues. I highly recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues. I know I can count on them and I look forward to doing business with them again if I run into any problems.

This is my second time using Roto-Rooter and I was not disappointed. The tech, Steve, was sent out the same day I called and he got right to work. He showed me the problem, we talked about some things I could do to prevent it from recurring, he fixed the problem, and we settled the bill, all in under 90 minutes! No pressure sales for other work or scare tactics to get me to pay for something else to be done. Steve is a super professional and customer-oriented tech. Roto-Rooter will have my business every time I have plumbing needs (which hopefully won't be too often!)

Lake State Plumbing moved and put in a brand new water heater for us. They were quick and efficient in their work. Their rates are fair and much better than the competition!

Called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get an estimate for a residential job. Each time the receptionist said the guy who is in charge of that would call me back, and he never did. Poor customer service and communication. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

We were very impressed with Cichys! We used them to repair a sewer line in the house we were selling. They were very responsive to us as we were in the midst of negotiations with the buyers and this was the sticking point. Jessica in the office was very kind in what was an extremely stressful time for us and Mark was available to us multiple times for questions and advice. Unfortunately we were one of the few homes which needed a major sewer repair and they were willing to work with our schedule as needed to get the repairs done in our preferred timeline. We appreciated their honesty and seem to run a clean family business.

Very fast, knowledgeable service. He came out within a couple hours of receiving our call in the evening and had our laundry room back-up fixed in no time. Gave great advice and we had him out a couple days later to replace some pipes too. He was efficient and even did a quick fix on our toilet at the last minute at no charge. Prices are very reasonable and he saved us a ton of money on our water bill with the toilet fix. He is definitely going to be our regular plumber. Highly recommend!

Pedro was very thorough and informative about everything he saw and did. He came out on short notice to replace my pump, and was ready to go and replace everything right away.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
