I'm glad I did because everyone was friendly and they asked the right questions before coming to our home in Woodbury. Stu was very fun and informative! Pricing seemed fair, still expensive though. The gas line to our stove became blocked - only enough gas was coming through to light one burner on low. Norblom was our third call to get an opinion on a solution and they should have been our first call! Another plumber quoted us $5,000 to replace a majority of our gas piping. Norblom found the blockage (sediment from renovation work related to our dryer's gas line), removed the blockage and was done in less than 1.5 hours. Thank you!!! I can boil water again :)

Jason did a great job servicing my mom's AC to make sure it's running at peak efficiency. He explained everything he was doing and took extreme care with the property before, during and after. We would recommend using this company and technician for future services.

John came out to my house in Edina several times to make sure we got all the correct information before starting the job. He was excellent to work with and very professional through every step of the process. We added a new master bathroom and replaced our old water heater with a new eternal tankless water heater. The work is great quality and John was willing to answer any questions we had along the way.

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
