The woman who answers the phone is very friendly and helpful. They're usually able to send someone out the same day (and occasionally arrive earlier than scheduled). Big fan of having hired Dickenschrauf for installing a new furnace, plus running heat pipes to the second level of my house. Best priced bid out of 5 companies. Great communication and service - an efficient, courteous team of three got all the work done in one day. Plus they had great financing options that helped out at the time. Absolutely 5 stars. We had failing drain pipes under our basement floor that needed to be replaced and Erik and team were able to make that happen. We unfortunately had to dig and replace rather than reline them which made it a pricey fix, but they did solid work. Erik was very informative and most importantly, responsive. While other companies ignored call after call, Erik and team responded within minutes when we had questions/concerns. They certainly aren't the cheapest, but you know you will get good work and a very professional experience with them.

Can’t say enough. Very professional, knowledgeable and qualified folks not only that come to your house but who you talk to on the phone. Even their communication system is top 10. You might be paying a bit more, but you are certainly getting what you pay for and more. If you don’t care about quality and just want the cheapest price, or you are just the reactive type and not proactive in sharing to make sure things are covered before they break based on good professional guidance like Hartlaub provides, you most likely will look and go elsewhere.

My bathtub faucet and shower were backed up. They repaired both efficiently and professionally. The communication skills throughout the job were excellent and left me clear on what the problem was and how they would solve it. Now my problem is solved.
