Kinsley Lyne Company did the floors after I renovated my new home in the fifth ward, I was so happy with their quick turn around time that I ended up using them to do my windows as well! Nice guy. Doesn't know how to use math or tape measures. Doesn't know how to miter cuts. Expect to hire someone else to fix mistakes or do it yourself. No wonder why he's cheap...wasted as much materials as he used

Darryl reached out within an hour of my initial inquiry. He came, looked at the pipes, made a recommendation and quoted me a price. He arrived at the stated time, did the work, cleaned up any dirty area and was on his way. Super nice guy. I would use him again and recommend him to others with drainage problems. Super service! My teenage girls were roasting in our house because the AC had gone out. I had called several companies who told me I’d have to wait at least a week and that the service call would be anywhere between $140-350! I called O & H and he got back to me right away with a lower service call fee. He came out within an hour and fixed the problem. He talked me through everything, gave some solid advice, and was very transparent. Omer was kind, knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely call him again!

$126 for a house call to tell me they can't fix the problem because they can't find where the sewer pump is located. And they couldn't call the contractor who installed it but gave their number to me. Talk about lazy...
The next day I contracted another company and he verified that the sewer pump is located right outside the patio back door in plain site. Obviously the service tech didn't want to do the job and lied to his supervisor about not being able to find the sewer pump.

We had Borth Wilson remodel our half bathroom and add a shower to it. They installed a new toilet and sink in new locations, added a shower and shower stall, tiled, and painted. Their work was professional, all of their employees were polite, the project was done within time estimated and within budget. The bathroom looks even better than we imagined. They came out later and caulked for free even though that was not included in the original estimate. The workers said hello to our 2 year old daughter, who sat in her high chair near the bathroom, every time they came in and out of the house. They cleaned up after themselves every day.

We also hired Borth Wilson to fix a backed up drain in the basement and install a new faucet in the kitchen. They did both jobs professionally, quickly, and within the estimate.

I would recommend and do recommend Borth Wilson to anyone with plumbing or remodeling needs.

Really great local company - have used them for both plumbing and AC/Furnace repairs. Gary is super friendly and went the extra mile to help me out - checked out my units on the roof and made me feel confident that I'm all set for another summer. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I needed a new sink installed where the original sink was older and pipes needed to be specially cut to fit new sink. They did it perfectly. Peter and Connor knew exactly what they were doing. They were so fast that they were able to also install a water softner that was never installed in the house before. Shawn also assisted once the sink was set to install new faucet. Extremely friendly, clean, helpful suggestions and all around great plumbing experience. They are my go-to plumbers!!!

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

Chris was very kind and professional. He also drove from quite a ways away to address my emergency. He took the time to explain to me where our water shut off valves where to stop the leaking to prevent any more damage until he arrived. He also explained what he was going to do to repair the leaking pipes. Oftentimes, as a young woman, I have contractors come out for quotes, and they are condescending and rude and want to speak to the man in the house. Chris was not that way. He was courteous and respectful. I also felt very comfortable with him being in my home. He was quick and organized. He also cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using him for my future plumbing needs.
