Had a hot water heater fail at 3 am on a Sunday. Turned it off and called hartlaub. Got an answer immediately. Set up service for 8 am. They were on time, wore masks, dropcloths on the stairs. Very professional.

Purchased house, culvert under driveway clogged on 1st heavy rain and flooded yard. Called 7AM , they arrived 9AM. Tech used water jet to clear 40 years of dirt. Great service, professional, gets the job done. 8:30 on a Thursday night, my son is taking a shower, I'm in the basement office doing some work when I notice a stank coming from the laundry room. I turn on the lights and lo and behold, there's backup water coming out of the floor drain. I notice it starting to rear up into the stationary tub as well. I run upstairs to tell everyone to stop running water and fortunately the backup flow stopped. I consulted the throbbing Google brain and it lead me to give Rooter Man a call. Darrell answered and came on out to our home within the hour. He assessed the situation, and showed me how badly the line was clogged from the cleanout access, it was thick and disgusting. He then brought in the machine, and started clearing the god awful goo that was clogging our sewer lateral out to the main sewer. He also cleaned out the under the floor line and the floor drain. It's a dirty smelly job, but tell you what, it was worth every penny to know that the sludge in our sewer line was cleared out right proper by professionals like Darrell. For the emergency service, I think the price paid was totally fair. I know that other companies can and do charge more. Darrell busted his ass to get my line cleared out and a disaster was averted.

I called Heiden Plumbing for help with a high end Kitchen Faucet which no other company had a solution for. Edward not only solved my problem without damaging my $1500 faucet. He didn't charge me for the work. Needless to say I was floored and extremely happy. I would have paid anything to remove the cartridge that was stuck. The technician (Rich)was at my home within two hours. He didnt waste any time and had the drain cleaned out very quickly.I was very impressed that he took the time to discuss the possible causes and that he checked to make sure that nothing was leaking and that he left the area clean.

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

We have older cast iron pipes. They can ever so often get plugged..so from past experience I can relay our experience with plugged pipes was a breath of fresh air. Very calming and reassuring and informative. Also appreciated his steps he took to assess and follow-through to make sure pipes flowing properly.. having no basement our pipes can pose challenges he knew to tackle

We had an excellent experience with this company. Our kitchen sink was totally backed up. I called in the evening, an associate was out the next morning, and he removed the plug in very short order. Edgardo L was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem, was courteous & very friendly!

Carls plumbing have been assigned to fix our plumbing issues by our home warranty company for the past 6 or 7 years. Every plumbing job was done very well in a highly proficient manner. Today we had one of their staff named Tony to look into a sump pump issue. As the pump was tightly installed next to the dryer, we had to move the dryer so he can get to the pump, only to discover that the dryer vent pipe was worn out. He was so kind to help us fix the dryer issue even though this was not why we had him come over for. Thank you again Tony, we highly appreciate what you have done for us.
