Customer service is unmatched. We recently had our laundry sink backing up and they were able to come quickly and resolve the issue. We were so worried that it was going to be crazy expensive, but it was reasonable and most importantly done quick and well (on a Saturday!) We’ve used a number of other places and really had the run around in terms of service, cost etc. I feel at ease knowing I will get timely service from a place I really trust.

They were so prompt and fast! Great employees that came to the house. I was very impressed with the knowledge the guys had and showed me how to light the pilot and adjust the water temperature. They even cleaned up after they were all done and asked if I had any questions for them! I’d recommend this service to everyone.

Darryl reached out within an hour of my initial inquiry. He came, looked at the pipes, made a recommendation and quoted me a price. He arrived at the stated time, did the work, cleaned up any dirty area and was on his way. Super nice guy. I would use him again and recommend him to others with drainage problems. Reasonable price for the work.

Paul and his team really helped us out in a bind. With an older home your pipes starts corroding from the inside, can't be seen. We had some plumbing work done, then a little more, as a result of the little by little fixes we ended up losing significant water pressure. Paul responded quickly to our needs. Now our water pressure is better than when we first moved in! Thanks PJ's.

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

HORRIBLE company to work with. Employee, Drew Hessil, charged me $350 for a 15 minute job. When I said I’d pay cash, he lowered the price to $300 which was very confusing. When I called the boss to ask for an itemized receipt. He gave me a hard time, using the excuse that he’d have to charge me more money to write out a receipt because of the time it would take. Also said that, “We give people our price and they either say yes or no. If they say no we have a lot of other business.” I then asked for a breakdown of the prices and the owner could not provide me with direct rates of why a 15 minute job cost me $300. He only said that they charged for material, coming to the home and service fees with no specifics. When I asked if $300 for a 15 minute job sounded right, his response was “how about $280?” The worker pulled up at 0900 and was back in his vehicle by 0920. The employee and owner were rude during the transaction. I do not recommend working with this company.

Tim's Plumbing is the best! Had an old concrete laundry tub that needed to be replaced. Matt, the plumber, was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Tim's Plumbing.

I have used Milstone before and been very happy with them. Today at noon I had to call about an urgent repair we hoped would resolve overnight, but alas did not. Our garbage disposal and sink were clogged up and the dishwater could not be run. They were not sure if they could get someone until possibly after the end of the day, but said they would try. About an hour and 40 minutes later the truck pulled up. I am happy to say all is working well and because they made the effort to get someone soon, I was saved the expense of overtime fees. Nice going guys!
