Absolutely a breath of fresh air. Serious problems with cast iron pipes in basement. Never ending problem. Searched web for alternatives. Sewer Ninjas came out, addressed the situation, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and knew their product. Waiting for quote but I know now what I'm up against and will post where I proceed and my decision.

They came to help solve our problem. We had a leaking water heater. Problem fixed. In need of a 24 hours plumbing company? This is the company to-go-to. Oh I almost forgot its 11 PM when I called.

So my plumber was on vacation when my water heater started leaking on a Friday night. I called Budiac on a Saturday and they walked me through what to do until Monday when they could come over and fix it. They did not try to scare me and convince me to pay emergency rates for them to come out on a weekend. In fact, one of their plumbers even said if they couldn't come Monday or Tuesday, they would recommend one of their competitors to come and get it done. Needless to say I was baffled at their honesty and integrity. My plumber did get back in time and was able to come get it done, but I just want to say how appreciative I was with Budiac and hope good Karma and new business comes their way.

This is my go to when I need plumbing! I highly recommend MCM Plumbing. Miguel is very knowledgeable and gets things done.

Needed a water heater installed after mine stopped working outside of warranty. No hot water in the house for 3 days 🥶. 24 hrs after I made the call I was able to take a hot shower again! Good price and good service. Thank you Dayton!!!

$126 for a house call to tell me they can't fix the problem because they can't find where the sewer pump is located. And they couldn't call the contractor who installed it but gave their number to me. Talk about lazy...
The next day I contracted another company and he verified that the sewer pump is located right outside the patio back door in plain site. Obviously the service tech didn't want to do the job and lied to his supervisor about not being able to find the sewer pump.

We had a problem on a Sunday with a clogged drain. They were very helpful, quick and did great work. We were very pleased.
However, we were misled on the cost. We were told that it was double time. Nothing was mentioned that we would have to pay for travel time. When we received the invoice we were shocked to see we were charged for 2 1/2 hours when he was only here for 1 1/2 hours tops. We called and they said travel time was added. LOL! Their shop is 4 minutes away from our home. We have always had good service from them. This was very disappointing this should be discussed upfront. You would think as a return customer they wouldn't cheat you.
