The guys came within the 1 hour window and the job was done with the quote they gave me. No complaints and I will call Chris and Austin without any hesitation. Good to see there are still honest family run small businesses that deliver as promise.

My first time using Dickenschrauf. The furnace cleaning service was the best I have had done in over 30 years of regular service. Great attention to detail and thoroughness. Also identified/replaced a stressed component that could have caused a system shutdown requiring an emergency call. Great job!

Sewer Inspection

Angel Rivera came in and was extremely helpful to diagnose a leaking pipe quickly and efficiently. He then offered a few solutions to help us out.

Outstanding pipe repair service. They were able to locate the pipe leak and repair it quickly. Will use them again.

Totally pleased with the quick result received. Kitchen drain went from draining slow to completely stopped up. Tried to clear myself, but no result. Justin showed up quickly & took no time diagnosing the issue. Turns out the clog was deep in the stack, actually under the house. How he knew this, I don't know. But he was correct. I was amazed at how he could listen to water moving and decide at exactly what moment the clog was moving out. Would highly recommend. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable & timely. All you could ask for.

The Budiac team was a subcontractor on our home addition project and they did a phenomenal. They were on time, and always brought a positive attitude and a friendly disposition. I would recommend them for any job.

Had a hiccup getting my new trim kit installed in my bath/shower, but Carl was amazing at helping me get it resolved. Gave me a list of wholesalers in the area to check, and even came back the same day to complete the install after I found the adapter I needed!

I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

They broke my sewer line when they were digging to replace my water line and charged me $1200 to fix it.

Did the work as needed. Not very clear on rates, fishy quoting and fee schedule (i.e. non existent).

Snaked a clogged drain for $175 which he quoted up front (excessive if you ask me, but oh well, I accepted). THEN found an issue with a pipe being rusted... everything was torn down, it needed to be repaired... nowhere for me to go really, then said the whole job would be $375 (that is $200 to replace the rusted pipe). When I questioned him about how long it would take him and how much he was charging me per hour, he immediately adjusted and said he'd charge me $300 (notice, he NEVER told me how much he charged per hour)... 20 (TWENTY) Minutes later he was done. He charged me $125 for parts & labor to replace a rusted pipe (which would have been $200 if I hadn't asked what his hourly rate was), and got bend out of shape and offended when I asked him to detail it in the invoice.

He was here a total of 50 minutes and charged me $300. Lawyers charge less and you get a full hour!

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN EVEN IF MY PLUMBING BURST OPEN AND HE'S THE LAST SURVIVING PLUMBER IN ALL OF THE METRO MILWAUKEE AREA.

I did not use them since they didn't answer phone. but they did call back within 20 minutes.

Very professional, timely and does quality work. Issues with hot water heater fixed promptly.

I will never use their service. Might I add the plumbers are courteous and kind. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix my leak issue. There were called twice to figure this out and I’m still having a leak in my toilet and having to use another plumbing company. They made sure to charge me on time but were not bothered if my issue was resolved.

I wouldn’t recommend them for your plumping needs.
