I called Heiden Plumbing for help with a high end Kitchen Faucet which no other company had a solution for. Edward not only solved my problem without damaging my $1500 faucet. He didn't charge me for the work. Needless to say I was floored and extremely happy. I would have paid anything to remove the cartridge that was stuck. This is the first time we used Hagen Plumbing Service. They were recommended by Mestan Contracting. Ray installed three new bathroom faucets for us. He was great and very efficient. Donaven was prompt, professional with competitive pricing. Work was completed as promised and no issues almost 2 years later.

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.
