They came to help solve our problem. We had a leaking water heater. Problem fixed. In need of a 24 hours plumbing company? This is the company to-go-to. Oh I almost forgot its 11 PM when I called.

Needed Saturday emergency service. Tracy arrived on time and professionally and promptly took care of the problem. He cleaned up when he finished and it was a very good experience.

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. Richard was on time and completed the installation of an interior door. He failed to do it properly and marked up the door while installing the hinges. Then he didn't want to take responsibility and told me the door was wrong size but according to him he just installed it anyway. $125 for labor and the door doesn't even latch. Don't use this guy, he is horrible!

Would highly recommend, worked hard all day to dig up, repair drain section and install clean out and re-hook up sink drain properly and fill in with rock and cement. Price was fair, Owner Jeff, his son and workers were very nice. Cleaned up nicely and we now have a working system! Thank you!!

Everytime we flushed our toilet, it was coming out of the floor drain in the basement. My basement tubs were clogged & me trying to play Ms. Fix-it with the help of youtube destroyed the piping under my kitchen sink. Called the night before, explained the problem and he was there the next day. He spendt alot of time throughly clearing the drains out. Before he started he explained different things he would try to save me a few dollars. Very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend him and will use him for future plumbing needs. Prices were reasonable.

UNETHICAL, OVERCHARGE: I asked for an estimate for unplugging my garbage disposal, and was told by answerer she couldn't do it because she had no idea what was wrong. When plumber arrived it took him about 2 minutes to unplug & then told me they had a standard cost of repairing any disposal of $140, the trip charge was $59, so I paid $200 for 2 minutes. Had the person answering the phone (who acted like she was the owner) told me of their standard charge I wouldn't have engaged them.

I called Heiden Plumbing for help with a high end Kitchen Faucet which no other company had a solution for. Edward not only solved my problem without damaging my $1500 faucet. He didn't charge me for the work. Needless to say I was floored and extremely happy. I would have paid anything to remove the cartridge that was stuck. I know who I will use the next time I have any plumbing needs. Heiden!
