We had excellent service when we ran into what we thought was a backed up drain and was proven to be a broken sewer drain pipe. Sewer Ninjas worked with us quickly to diagnose and fix our sewer with their unique no dig solution. I feel very confident in their pipe lining repair and this solution was very cost effective, considering what it would have cost us to replace the entire pipe (as opposed to lining). Our storm sewer pipe was broken and collapsed from tree root intrusion. The Badger Underground crew were able to come early in the day and get the job done very quickly and professionally. No more back-ups!!! :)

Air conditioner went out the Sunday before Labor Day. O&W came out within the hour. Replaced worn out part and cleaned unit. They explained everything in detail. Very impressed and happy with work done. Will call back for estimate on new furnace.

Was very easy to make appointment. Left message and Mike called me back right away. The two young men who came to unclog the bathroom sink were very polite and professional. They worked quick and cleaned up nice when they were done. Also the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

Do NOT use this company unless you want to get completely ripped off. We called them out to address a smell coming from the drain in our shower. We told them multiple times where the smell was coming from and said we thought there might be build-up in the P-trap or one of the pipes in the basement -- they told us multiples times that we were wrong. After charging us for a new toilet ring, doing a smoke test, and telling use we needed to extend our soffit vent out, we ended up paying for a lot of unnecessary work that didn't fix the smell at all. We had 2 more plumbers come out and give us their opinions and both agreed within 10 minutes of being here that our suspicions were correct. The plumber we went with had everything cleaned out and fixed in a day. Alpine refuses to admit their mistake, says they're the experts, and after an hour on the phone with them only knocked $100 off our bill. What a joke.
