I found VIP plumbing after IHN plumbing tried to gouge me. Since I was working on a quick time frame Vince jumped on it right away and did the work and saved me 7 grand. I kid you not, this actually happened! Vince was a total professional and I would absolutely use him again. I normally don't also write reviews but this team of plumbers deserved it for sure!

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. I had Eric out to fix my sewer back up. It turned out to be alot more than that so he couldnt finish in a day. Barb scheduled me for the next opening 2 days away and then was able to move things around so he could come the next day. It was a very extensive project, and while the price was much higher than I anticipated I feel the work was done very well and as quickly as possible.

Stumbled across this service on Google.I Called & Left a detailed message on his voicemail. Richard returned my call in a timely matter. Set up an appointment for him to repair my fan over the stove. So, on the day of the appointment, I sent a reminder text in which he confirmed. However, he was a NO SHOW!! I called/texted to see was he still coming. No reply nor a courtesy call. My appointment was at 4 pm and it’s now 8:03pm and still no call!! Good help is sooo hard to find!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

Maybe this was a sign from God letting me know that he was NOT the RIGHT person for the job!

Showed up promptly and worked very quickly to solve our problem. I think he is able to work so quick because he knows what he is doing. I thought his price was reasonable with great service.
