I agree with Sonnys review. They were at my house for 40 minutes, and charged 90minutes and also showed up 45 minutes and only called 30 minutes after scheduled time to tell me on their way. There's a 50 dollar travel fee, and they double bill you for travel time in addition to that fee. He also told me there wasn't a gas leak though had entire family over to smell gas and WE energies detected it. They do not use up to date techniques (WE had a device to measure gas, this guy had some soap/bubbles and his nose and refused to believe me that there was a leak... it was a SLOW leak), since have had leaky valve replaced by a reputable company.

Had a great experience with Milwaukee plumbing. Can’t miss the red trucks and I finally used them. I will never again search for other plumbers. They were fast, efficient, honest and trustworthy. Joe was a funny guy, but knew his stuff. Would highly recommend!

A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

Prompt service and repaired our garbage disposal quickly. What I appreciate most, is that the service man instructed me on how to troubleshoot this problem if/when it happens again.

Peder was fantastic, he was here in a timely manner, professional, and explained everything he repaired. Pricing was very fair for a new gas line for our stove and laundry hookup upstairs. We also really appreciate how easy it is to schedule an appointment and get someone out to the house when we need them. Highly recommend, thank you!

We had an emergency at our business with sewer backup. I called Paul and he sent a plumber out immediately after business hours. We will use them again!

Only fixed one of our two problems and overcharged

I am a small business owner of a dog washing and grooming facility. We had an unexpected issue with a faucet in a tub that we use to wash dogs. The faucet would not work and we were in critical need of a plumber asap. I called Dr. Plumber based on a Google search, and he was able to come the same day, which I was very grateful for. He did a very good job of, according to his invoice, replacing a faucet cartridge, handle adapter and face plate screws. The job was a little tricky, because of how the faucet was not secured to the wall behind the tub, but he was able to get it done, and it took less than 2 hours, on a weekday afternoon, at the very most.
This all sounds good until you know that he charged me $480.00 for this job!!! It was a ridiculous amount of money for the time he spend and the minimal cost of any parts. I was very annoyed at myself for not getting a price upfront, but I would never have guessed a price of $240 an hour. When I called him about it, he implied that it was a little tricky, and I get that, but not nearly enough to come close to justifying that price. While his work was very good, I would NEVER hire him again, and would STRONGLY SUGGEST that you get any costs up front. I was ripped off. I know it and he knows it.

Overpriced and not knowledgeable. Guy came out and didn't know what he was doing. Said he had never fixed a faucet like this so I watched some videos before I came. We have a standard Delta kitchen faucet you see in all the stores!!! Caused a leak in our basement because he forgot to shut the main valve off. Charged $250 and didn't fix anything! If you don't know what you are doing, don't come out. We can also look up videos too. Be upfront and tell people. We would have found someone else first. Never will use again!

My name is Ben and I'm the owner of Flow-Rite plumbing and would like to respond to Mike's review. I can understand his frustration on how the job went. But would like to clarify a few things, first his situation was very unusual, every time the drain cleaner was sent down the drain the cutting head would become entangled in tampons and could no longer push forward forcing me to pull it back with difficulty, remove the debree and start over, with the same thing happening over and over. I had no reason to believe that I couldn't unclog the pipe once my cutting head would stop being blunted by the debree. Towards the end of the day, the cable pushed through after a dozen or more attempts to break through finally reaching the full 100 feet of the drain machine. After several more attempts, I gave up. It was a reasonable conclusion the pipe was broken since the uncloged portion was far less than a hundred feet away and I had gotten past that point many times. I informed Mike that it still could be possible to open the pipe with different equipment and if that didn't work I could replace the whole run for $5,200 and for considerably Lea's I we just fixed the broken portion. As far as being on the phone 90% of the time the reality is I was listening to podcasts with earbuds and would go outside occasionally to speak take other business calls and for a chance to rest more than anything.

I was not pleased with the service provided but I will say, they were very nice people. I won't call them again however.
