Great job by Badger Underground repairing a partially collapsed sanitary line at my mom's house. They televised the line to isolate the problem, promptly submitted a clear and helpful bid, then professionally managed the excavation and repair with minimal disruption. Schedule an appointment and the plumber never showed or called. I called and left a message and have yet to receive a response.

Arnold came to house and was professional and detailed in his analysis of the plumbing issue. He ensured we understood what was going on along way and wanted to ensure we got to the root cause of the issue.

Called Steve on a Saturday for a plugged kitchen sink. He said he was already on a call and would get to me next which he did. He got right to work and fixed the issue within an hour and charged around $200. Very friendly and professional. Cleaned up all around. Not sure if the price was out of line but it was fine with me since it was a Saturday morning and the issue was fixed before noon so I would call/use him again if/when I need a plumber.

These people charged me a second time within 3 weeks for the same job they did not fix properly the first time. I had actually told them all the parts they would need the first time, which they neglected to bring for the job. I will never use these people again or refer anyone to them. Also, the older woman who answers the phone does not understand plumbing and does not leave notes for the owner or plumber about your situation.
