Bryan Faust took my call, gave me guidance on getting my own disposal vs. using one of his, had someone out the next day to install it, replace a P-Trap, and snake my drain. All is in fine working order now! Plus they gave us some guidance on a future bathroom remodel. Bill was emailed, fair, and easy to pay quickly online. Now our plumber for life!

So far, I have had an inspection with Sewer Ninjas for a broken sewer line. The team was extremely professional. They walked me through the rough draft of the entire plan and have informed me that they will verify the plan and then get back. I will definitely be using their team to repair the sewer line and recommend them to others!

Be careful.. What a scam all they do is replace part and they charge 6hrs..at $110 dollars an hour... He only spend less then 2hrs.. So disappointed that companies let this kind of business practice.. They also charge travel fee.

I just want to give an appreciative shout out to Dave and his team. We had a drain issue recently that I couldn't fix myself. Chris and Austin and Dave's team showed up on time, and professionally resolved the issue. The work and value met or exceeded my expectations. When your in a jam, and need a contractor to fix something you can feel like your being taken advantage of. This was not my experience with Dave's plumbing. We experienced a sewer backup in our basement on a Saturday morning - they were able to come by the house and were here within an hour. Rich was the tech, and he was fast, efficient, friendly and took care of our problem right away. The entire issue was resolved inside of an hour. Highly recommended. Considering the issue it was a relatively pain-free experience. :)
