George from Tuffy's came out to fix a slow drain in my bathroom. I was NOT optimistic at all, as I'd had another plumbing company attempt to fix the issue the prior week, as well as an additional person. When George arrived, I told him 2 previous ppl attempted to fix the issue. He then told me, Well, you called the right person.....I appreciated his determination, however, I still wasn't optimistic. However, George told me he wasn't going to give up until he fixed it...... And he fixed it! He fixed it! He fixed it! Did I mention that he fixed it?????!!!!!!!!

I had them replace my dry wall and floors They did incredible work, and the young man (hunter) was so polite. He worked hard and did good work. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely use them for any future work.

Nice guy. Doesn't know how to use math or tape measures. Doesn't know how to miter cuts. Expect to hire someone else to fix mistakes or do it yourself. No wonder why he's cheap...wasted as much materials as he used

Great job by Badger Underground repairing a partially collapsed sanitary line at my mom's house. They televised the line to isolate the problem, promptly submitted a clear and helpful bid, then professionally managed the excavation and repair with minimal disruption. Omer from O & W Heating and Cooling was more than accommodating, he came in first for an issue with our thermostat and we had him install a new furnace and air conditioner. He took the time to explain and show us all the issues with our very old furnace . He was prompt/courteous and install was perfect. We love our new furnace! Would only recommend O & W.

Do NOT use this company unless you want to get completely ripped off. We called them out to address a smell coming from the drain in our shower. We told them multiple times where the smell was coming from and said we thought there might be build-up in the P-trap or one of the pipes in the basement -- they told us multiples times that we were wrong. After charging us for a new toilet ring, doing a smoke test, and telling use we needed to extend our soffit vent out, we ended up paying for a lot of unnecessary work that didn't fix the smell at all. We had 2 more plumbers come out and give us their opinions and both agreed within 10 minutes of being here that our suspicions were correct. The plumber we went with had everything cleaned out and fixed in a day. Alpine refuses to admit their mistake, says they're the experts, and after an hour on the phone with them only knocked $100 off our bill. What a joke.

Called hide and plumbing to come out to retrieve a snake that was busted off in the drain by another Company Said they were gonna camera the drains so they wouldn't break their snake off and there they broke off 60' of retriever cable of retriever cable snake with a cutter On And I asked them what they were gonna do about it and they said what it is is what it is very professional had to have a dug up Had their cable removed Gave them $500 they told me the bill was going to be 800 they've charged me 1100 and now I wanna put a lean on my property I asked the people to call me it took them quite some time to get back to me they told me that the plumbing line ran out to the other road which was wrong Didn't even know where the pipe ran very professional So I guess what it is is what it is wouldn't wouldn't use them for anything and and wouldn't recommend them

He was great. Arrived on time corrected the leaky toilet and flushed it numerous times to be sure problem fixed. Also made sure work area was clean after finishing. He also explained what he was fixing. His cost and value was good in my opinion but I have only one other comparison. Highly recommend.
