We had failing drain pipes under our basement floor that needed to be replaced and Erik and team were able to make that happen. We unfortunately had to dig and replace rather than reline them which made it a pricey fix, but they did solid work. Erik was very informative and most importantly, responsive. While other companies ignored call after call, Erik and team responded within minutes when we had questions/concerns. They certainly aren't the cheapest, but you know you will get good work and a very professional experience with them.

Budiac Plumbing does it again!! Our project included toilet, vanity and faucet installation. Blake - our guy - was professional and timely. He could not have been more courteous while he was in our home. Larry Budiac and his team consistently deliver great service while resolving an issue or completing a project. Well done … as ALWAYS!!!

Kinsley Lyne Company did the floors after I renovated my new home in the fifth ward, I was so happy with their quick turn around time that I ended up using them to do my windows as well! If I had heard of them sooner I would have had them do a lot more of the renovations! Thanks KLC! I’ll definitely be looking to them in the future!

A flush / service for a tankless water heater- the rep the phone described hourly rates (the first hour is more than the subsequent hours , etc).

Appointment was made.

Plumber showed up forty-five minutes later.

Plumber left an hour and 45 minutes later.

Invoice shows up two weeks later for -390$ which included a “truck charge” of 35 dollars. (See above - tankless flush requires a couple of wrenches and a bottle of de- mineralizer ). 47$ for the de-mineralized (our dog ran off with the bottle so we still have it- you can buy on amazon for 15$). Labor charged was 2.5 hours at the lower rate for a total of 287$.

Would not recommend based on- punctuality and price.

Would highly recommend, worked hard all day to dig up, repair drain section and install clean out and re-hook up sink drain properly and fill in with rock and cement. Price was fair, Owner Jeff, his son and workers were very nice. Cleaned up nicely and we now have a working system! Thank you!!

Rooter- Man Darrell does a fantastic job making drains work again and cleans up the messes clogged drains can do at times. Twice I called him over to unclog the drains. The first time was for bathtub drain. He removed the clog and cleaned out the drain; this was over a year ago and still no problems. Today I called about my kitchen and bathroom sink drain being clogged and he came the same day. He got them functioning in a short period of time. After he left I notice there was a tiny amount of water from under the kitchen drain pipe and called him right away. He came back with a plastic part and installed it to insure the fit was tight and it only took him five minutes and told me it was on him. What a great guy. Darrell is very reasonable in his fees. He is easy to talk to and takes pride in his work.

The technician, Omar was very friendly. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why and that I understood the equipment. He went into great detail about the warranty and the company website and how to contact them if I had any questions. He made sure all my questions were answered prior to leaving and was very knowledgeable.

Really easy to work with, knowledgeable, understanding and diligent. Stays until the problem is figured out. Very prompt, responsive and often able to accommodate and come out on the same day we request help.

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

Bob and his team are true experts. We have worked with them on projects over the last year and would highly recommend to anyone. Honest, fair and knowledgable.

Eric who works for Borth-Wilson Plumbing is very nice and he does quality work.
