I want to thank you for all your attention and due diligence you and your company gave to take care of our plumbing problem. Your plumber was very nice and personable, you took care to make sure that the problem was resolved and we walked away a happy customer. We would definitely use Dave Burns Plumbing again and I would never hesitate to recommend your business to anyone in need of a plumber.

We had them plumb our new construction home, complete with a 1 yr warranty. They did a fine job overall and the guys that came out were pleasant and did solid work onsite.
We discovered an issue 6months ago where the hot water wasn't consistent in our bath and showers. Paul sent out someone 3 times, each time performing a simple fix and saying if it's still not working right, just let us know.

The 4th time they sent out the vendor who sold the hot water heater, without my knowing; suddenly I got a call from a company I'm not familiar with, telling me they're coming out to look over the heater. Would've been nice to get the heads up, Paul.

Still the hot water was running cool after 15min. My husband finds that a check valve doesn't seem to be working properly. I message Paul and he tells me it's not the valve but no one had assessed it.. 🤔 He then says to contact my builder (which he knows is impossible at this point for separate reasons). He won't return calls or emails. I put a pin in this for a couple months to work on more pressing things.

I just contacted him and he was so quick to reply and friendly! Turns out he forgot who I was and asked for my name number and address and scheduled someone for the next day, 2hr window. No one showed, called or emailed. My best guess is he pulled up our file and promptly decided to ghost us. I called and emailed multiple times to no reply. I took hours out of my day for them to come and fix this issue and they didn't show.. what a trashy move. Completely rude and unprofessional and our warranty is still good for another 2 months. We paid him in full and he did not hold his end of the bargain. I'm reporting him to every bureau and vendor we used.

Oh, and we hired a real reputable plumber who came out day-of, and he verified the check valve was stuck and is fixing it as we speak. Save the headache and find someone else... this guy is too busy taking people to collections and making up arbitrary numbers (per the other reviews)😂

Rick and his employee Dustin were great to work with. Dustin's work exceeded expectations and Rick's communication was top notch. Would absolutely recommend them and use them in the future.

Donaven came to my rescue yesterday after I clogged my daughter's kitchen drain while she was in the hospital with her newborn baby in NICU, and coming home that afternoon. I was grateful he fit us in and he did a great job. He also pointed out some things to my son-in-law that could be addressed eventually to help the pipe drainage overall, but just addressed the immediate issue yesterday. Thanks Donaven!

Never again would we us your services!!! The guy who replaced our water heater damaged our wood back door when taking the old water heater out!! Had Brillo Home Improvements come and repair and paint the door and we Get The Bill For $357.00!!! Made My Day NOT’!! BS!!!!😡😡😡😡

The best of the 'hardware' stores. I like being able to look up items I need online and seeing where they are located in the store ahead of time, which saves a lot of time. Service is great, and employees are knowledgeable. Only wish they would still cut plywood and plexiglass to size like they did in the past. Must be some liability thing now. Otherewise, an all-around awesome experience for any home needs.

This is seriously one of the best companies I’ve ever had to deal with. I had Seider do some plumbing for my business. What I was asking was no small feat. Everyone other plumber I had contacted either turned it down or didn’t follow up with me. Mike and his team were honest and straight forward that it was going to be a challenge but willing to take on my request.

Now I assumed this was going to take months, they were literally out there in 3 days! His crew took on the project and were very professional. Zag and Mitch arrived on time, with posit attitudes, and were eager to work. By the end or the day I had lines for a washer and dryer system and for a kitchenette.

After this portion of the install there were some other issues that happened that were out of everyone’s control. They dealt with this situation with so much professionalism. I had SueAnn from the office following up with me, making sure we both knew we were on the same page. Mike worked diligently to make sure we stayed on a good timeline as well.

Christian came out after everything was settled and was so nice and such a hard worker! He even helped me install my cabinet and sink.

Everyone at Seider Plumbing is hard working, professional, and happy (like seriously!). So it makes everything easy to deal with when problems arise. Honestly, this is one of the best companies. They are hard working honest people and will work their hardest to insure their customer’s satisfaction. 10/10 Recommended! I am forever grateful for you guys!!!

Had these guys out to complete a dishwasher install for us. They were fast to come out for a quote, were conversational during the quoting process and explained why they would do things the way they recommended. Came out on time on the day of install and had everything done in the span of 2 mornings. They were clean, prompt, polite and professional. Would definitely hire again.
