We were completely satisfied with the work that Borth Wilson did. We have a very old house—the very definition of a “plumber’s nightmare”. The plumber had to get down on his hands and knees and crawl into a crawlspace to inspect and evaluate the problem drain lines. We were given an appointment time of about a week out, but when a spot opened up on the schedule, BW was able to come 3-4 days early. The plumber fixed the problem, and also replaced/upgraded other potential problem areas. We thought the invoice amount was very fair considering the amount of work done and the conditions under which the plumber had to work.

Very helpful with suggestions. They won't sell you anything you do not need.

I called Jeff around 10:30 in the morning because we had a sound coming from the toilet that sounded like there was air in the waterline when it was flushed. Jeff told me that he could send Todd over in the afternoon. Todd came over and when he flushed the toilet, he knew immediately what the problem was. The inner workings of the toilet were worn out just from wear and tear. Todd put new inner workings in the toilet and the problem was solved. Thank you all for a job well done!

On a Friday morning, discovered that my water heater tank was leaking. Ben was able to come out later in the day and replace it with a new, larger water heater. Ben was courteous and professional. I appreciated that he put down tarps to protect my flooring (even on the stairs) when he moved the new water heater in and old one out. Even though Ben had another job to work after mine, he made the time to fix my drinking faucet on the kitchen sink. I plan on giving Ben a call again for any future plumbing needs, and would recommend him to friends and family.

The two young men who came to my house were polite, knowledgable and friendly. They got right down to business and fixed my clogged garbage disposal, and cleaned up after they were done. We had a nice visit while they were working. The price I was quoted over the phone was the exact price I was charged. I'm very happy I called Plugged Pipes LLC!
