Best Heating System Installation in Milwaukee WI

I had a new pressure tank in the bathroom replaced at the cabin and everything replumbed. It made everything better. Last week Omer Hamden of O and W Heating and Cooling did a complete installation of a furnace and AC unit at my home. As a bonus, he installed a Honeywell Lyric smart thermostat. Which is currently running a 100 dollar rebate offer through Focus on Energy. In the four plus years that Omer has provided me with HVAC services he has always taken the time to walk me through the WHOLE process. Explaining how and why HVAC systems work the way they do. I would recommend anyone in need of a HVAC service person to give O and W Heating and Cooling a call.

I will start with: I did not use this company for service. I did, however, get an estimate from them. I am rating them 2 stars because the person who inspected didn't even look at anything closely. He just took my input and assumed I knew what I was talking about. Note: I am not a plumber so how would I know what is wrong.

I had an issue with the hot water pressure to my kitchen sink and basement utility sink. The estimate said I would need the pipes leading to that to be replaced. They quoted me for 940 dollars total.

Flash forward and I got a second opinion. Turns out the aerator was the issue on the utility sink. How do you not check the aerator if you are a plumber? That's the most common issue. Anyways, the work on the pipes still needs to be done, but I have a different professional coming in for half the cost now.

I'm giving them 3 stars still, because the women on the phone were nice and I didn't get any work from them to know what kind of job they do.

Always get multiple bids when hiring contractors. Don't always take the lowest bid, but definitely use logic in picking workers.

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

Initial plumber messed up the job but Rashawn was awesome; came himself to look at it and got it fixed right away.

Called for repair of Furnace on 2/11/2022, NO heat 7 degrees out, as of Sunday 2/13/22 after several calls..NO SHOW DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had my furnace inspected by Kurt B. He was very prompt and professional. Highly recommend. I will use them again.

Replaced my faucet, valves and the two shock absorbers in the laundry room. Worked relatively quickly. Very professional. Very friendly. I will use them again in the future for sure.

They did a good job showing up and replacing a thermostat. But it cost us $539. (Feb 2015)

Came out at short notice to service our AC. Prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service from a great team. Would recommend them to anyone in the area for excellent service and value.

I highly recommend Tim’s Plumbing! Due to the timing of my clogged drain they were able to come next business day! My kitchen sink has never drained so well. Todd did an awesome job!!

I contacted Rozga plumbing after our lone toilet clogged and started backing up into the shower out of nowhere. We had water draining into the basement and it was a big mess. Not pretty at all. Rozga was able to send Ray out that afternoon thankfully. He arrived before the appointment after confirming it was okay to do so, which we were even happier about. Ray worked diligently to snake our drains and clear out an incredibly difficult clog, and was very thorough to make sure the clog was 100% clear and no leaks were present. He was very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up properly. He also helped give us some info on future plumbing needs to replace our old cast iron drains (which we were looking to replace in the near future,) and was so helpful and professional through the entire visit. Plumbers don’t get enough credit for what they do on a day to day basis, and my wife and I truly appreciated the hard work Ray performed for us, as well as Rozga’s great service. We will definitely turn to them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again.

Before I start my review to be fair to this business. All of our past experiences have been good. They have done what we asked and were happy with the services provided.

Today, my wife and I had an estimator come out and give us a quote on a Furnace and A/C unit to be replaced. We have been a customer of them for a long time and the previous home owners were as well.

The gentleman who came out to give the estimate was rather brash and kept trying to up-sell us something we did not want or need. He was very much perceived as being presumptuous in what our needs were.

The price quoted was comparable to another company that we had quote the job as well.

Needless to say due to this individuals high pressure sales tactics we chose to use another company. Which we also decided to go with a higher model because this other company did not use high-pressure sales tactics.

So in the end you will get more sales with less high pressure tactics and treat all customers the same regardless if their furnace is on its last leg or not.

Needless to say unfortunately due to this experience will no longer require your company's services in the future either.

Have worked with Seider dozens of times at our own properties as well as investment properties. Each time has been a great experience! They are responsive, courteous, dependable and the quality of work is top notch. We will continue to use Seider for all of our future projects and service calls.
