Best Heating Installation in Milwaukee WI

First, I called to fix a toilet issue, was told the toilet couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new toilet. Paid for a new toilet to be installed and the new toilet doesn’t work/flush. I called for a solution or fix and was told that they would look at it but I would be charged again. Second, was charged over $300 for an easy 20 minute job to install a new $40 shower cartridge. Brought them business in the past, but never again.

I was looking for a plumber to fix some leaking gas pipes. Diamond Plumbing Services (DPS) aka Diamond Plumbing Heating and Cooling has Very friendly customer service, but that's it. Instead of doing the repairs a plumber came out, charged me an assessment fee to look at exposed pipes in a basement that had already been assessed and marked by WE energies. When making the appointment, I had clearly stated on the phone that I wanted the repairs done. Instead the plumber left within a few minutes and later emailed me a proposal which ranged from doing the repairs up to a gold level maintenance package, which i had not asked for. The price quoted for doing the repairs was 300% higher than the next plumbing Co. who came in and did all the repairs in a couple of hours including some upgrades. The maintenance package quoted was extremely much higher. I did receive at least 4 emails saying they appreciated me, which I understand since I paid them to look at my pipes. They also have a very slick invoicing system for sending out proposals, invoices and payment reminders.

We heard of O & W Heating and Cooling through our local hardware store. We called them when we had an emergency leaking AC. Omer came out that day, he worked around our work schedule, he did an amazing job locating and fixing the problem. He explained everything he was doing to us so we understood, he gave us great tips for preventative maintenance. We also learned they do a wide variety of repair work on all types of things from Plumbing to Electrical in addition to the Heating/AC. The pricing was fair and the quality was well worth it! We will be using them for many more projects around our new home in the near future. Would highly recommend this company!

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

Called Heiden Plumbing to service my water heater and was very please with the knowledge and the service I received. A gentleman named Scott came to replace my water heater and while he was there he noticed a Lp gas leak in another area of our basement, he not only fixed the leak but he also checked other areas for leaks with his “sniffer” and found another by the tank. He explained to me exactly who I needed to call to rectify the situation because he couldn’t do it since we leased the tank from another company. Thank you Scott for going above and beyond!

We used Action for our furnace tune up and were real happy with the work done. Our technician Matt did a great job, and I appreciate the detailed itemization of the work performed.

PJ Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company in the Lake Country area. We are forever grateful to the owner, Paul, for his timely response to several issues we've had over the past year. What we thought was a leaking wash machine turned out to be a leaking pipe. PJ Plumbing promptly dealt with the issue and the cost was reasonable for a simple repair. Fast forward to the 4th of July, our hot water heater (over 15 years old) decided to leak at the top and water was flooding our basement. We called PJ Plumbing the next day, which was an observed holiday, and Paul himself came out to assess the situation at no charge. Paul was willing to replace the broken value above the broken hot water heater so that we could have running water, but we decided on the alternative of waiting and having someone come out the next day to install a tankless water heater. Long story short, the tankless water heater was a faulty unit and we waited almost 6 days for hot water. Although the situation was frustrating, Paul was there every step of the way. There were other problems unrelated to plumbing that needed to be addressed during the 6 days like updating our electric meter so that it could handle our new water heater and furnace at the same time. Throughout the process, Paul answered calls after work hours, sent plumbers out to check on the status of the job, and replaced the faulty unit with another one that functions wonderfully! Just a few months later I clogged our kitchen sink. Without hesitation, I reached out to PJ Plumbing (after hours) and Paul immediately responded. He sent someone out to fix the problem the next morning, talk about quick service. We would like to acknowledge our primary plumber, Tyler, for his amazing workmanship and professionalism. He is the kindest young man and we are beyond appreciative! Thank you so much! Hopefully we won't need your services for awhile, but if we do, we know who to call!

Tim came out and fixed my problem in no time, where the other plumers ( I won't mention) I called before Tim wanted to cut pipes, thank goodness I got a second opinion 😳. I'll be using Tim's plumbing again in the future.

We hired Rozga where I work at Anytime Fitness and we had a shower issue. Spoke to Sheri and she sent Arnie out right away. He was super thorough and knowledgeable. Great Customer Service. We highly recommend.
