Had a badly leaking pipe for an external water spigot. Budiac was able to send someone quickly (in less than 2 days). The assigned plumber (Blake) was excellent. He explained the repair clearly, performed the work quickly / completely, and cleaned up once he was done. I would have no hesitation to contact Budiac for future plumbing needs.

A flush / service for a tankless water heater- the rep the phone described hourly rates (the first hour is more than the subsequent hours , etc).

Appointment was made.

Plumber showed up forty-five minutes later.

Plumber left an hour and 45 minutes later.

Invoice shows up two weeks later for -390$ which included a “truck charge” of 35 dollars. (See above - tankless flush requires a couple of wrenches and a bottle of de- mineralizer ). 47$ for the de-mineralized (our dog ran off with the bottle so we still have it- you can buy on amazon for 15$). Labor charged was 2.5 hours at the lower rate for a total of 287$.

Would not recommend based on- punctuality and price.

Had a major issue with a tree growing in our cracked lateral sewer. Called Badger Underground. He set up an appointment. Showed up on time. Worked well into the night to fix the issue.

They do professional work and like animals. They replaced traps, installed shower heads and faucets in old house , and replaced our old concrete laundry sink.

I called with a small (non-emergency) plumbing problem and they had me scheduled immediately. Ray showed up in the arrival window he gave and was extremely friendly and helpful. He knew what the job entailed before he arrived and was all prepared and was done quickly. He made some helpful suggestions to simplify the next phase of the project too. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hagen Plumbing to anyone and will be calling again for my next project.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! HORRIBLE CUTSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNETHICAL BUISNESS PRACTICE!! Very rude and arrogant owner/management. Overpriced and misleading charges.

OWNER (PAUL) THREATENED ME and actually started a lien process on my property before the bill was even past due (a $535 bill for unclogging a drain by the way)! See attached images for proof of this (unless he removed the images somehow).

PAUL TRIED TO BRIBE ME by telling me he would reduce my invoice amount if I removed my Google review!! He then demanded I immediately provide my credit card number and pay over the phone. I said I want an updated invoice and I will pay online.

Then PAUL LIED TO ME by saying I can only pay over the phone (which is a lie as I paid my bill online through their website before the due date). THIS WAS THE WORST BUISNESS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! THIS BUISNESS HAS ZERO ETHICS!!

I am so thankful we called neighborhood plumbing!! They were very responsive when we called and made time to fit us in on the same day we called! They definitely know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable! He not only unclogged our mainline drain but also took the time to install a few things to prevent flooding in any future clogs and also taught us a few things we can do as preventatives. Best plumber we’ve worked with and I would highly recommend them!!

We had water back up in our basement. Rozga determined that our extremely old house trap was failing. They replaced the trap with a new, accessible clean-out. The crew was very professional and polite. We were very pleased with the work they did for us. Would definitely recommend Rozga if you need plumbing work.

I had an unexpected issue and he was here in no time (on a Saturday night!). The problem was resolved within a half hour!
Couldn't ask for better service!!

12-4-2019. Eric came and replaced our kitchen faucet. He was patient, kind and professional. Pricing is fair compared to O.C.K.B.P.

Our shower was backed up during one of the coldest days of winter. We were told we might not be able to get someone out in a reasonable time because frozen pipes were the priority. Over the phone, Kevin was willing to talk me through how I could do a simple fix myself. Never actually had the service completed through Viking, but the time and attention was much appreciated!

Absolute excellent service! My family has used Wagner's for 3 generations. Everything from major repair/ replacement of sewer lines, & water lines, from house to street, to little household things. Yes, sometimes i don't have call them for 5 -10 years, but when i do I get the same exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, service. *Yesterday Wagner plumbing, sent a plumber, Dave, over to my house, to fixed a vent/ drain stack issue that effected 1st floor & 2nd floor sinks and the basement stationary tub, in a 70yr old house. An absolutely lousy, messy, labor intensive job, of opening/ cutting into drain and vent stacks. When Dave left, the issue was not only fixed, but now everything works better than new. Thanks Gene Wagner Plumbing ...... Eric M PS * you get what you pay for. Sending out a qualified, knowledgeable, licensed technician, truck, tools, parts, and insured, costs money. Of course I am going to pay more but it's well worth it. Having access to a commercial / industrial company for residential work, isn't cheap, but worth every dollar and then some. My drain / vent issue cost close to $1,000.00 dollars, done in one day. Had I tried to fix it with, my brother-in- law, and my buddies, using internet videos, it would have been a disaster. It would have taken us days, much more money and we still would not have been able to fix it. Get a Pro.....
