We had Faust Co. perform the installation of our whole house filter and de-scaling system. I couldn't have gotten better service! The gentleman who came to the house was very professional, and yet, very personable. The installation of our system went without a single hitch, and it looks great!

Just had our water heater replaced today! Very professional, reasonably priced and got the job done in a timely manner.

While digging a giant hole in the ground outside by our foundation, our puppy had uncovered what we thought to be a burst pipe. It turned out to be 10+ feet of old, corroded pipe that was seeping sludge into the ground under our foundation for who knows how long. Ray (the plumber) was at our house working for 3 days straight to get us back into a position where we could put our kitchen and our home back together. There were a few guys from Rozga working inside and outside of my home during that time, but Ray was the reason I was able to stay sane as they were jack-hammering through the floor of my kitchen and tearing up my backyard, all while I was home doing virtual classes for nursing school with 2 dogs (talk about stress). He even managed to get me a large Dr. Pepper one day when he ordered lunch, because he could tell by the look in my eyes that I could barely hold it together any longer. The works was quality, the cost was reasonable, and the service team was first class, especially Ray. Thank you Ray, you've got a customer for life! - the Shaw's

Had an emergency call. Arrived same morning and fixed the issue. Drew was very courteous, friendly and straightforward. Fixed the issue right away and a few more leaks he discovered. Dr. Plumber is my new go to now. Thank you Drew for a job well done!
