I called Alpine Plumbing to address an uncontrollable leak from an old outdoor hose bibb. I was prepared to be told the bibb would need to be replaced, which would have been an invasive job that would have also left me repairing exterior siding and basement drywall. I was put in contact with Jody who asked for a video of the leak and quickly diagnosed the issue upon receipt. He walked me through a very simple solution over the phone that completely fixed the leak. He saved me time, money, and the misery of stressing over a messy job. Everytime we flushed our toilet, it was coming out of the floor drain in the basement. My basement tubs were clogged & me trying to play Ms. Fix-it with the help of youtube destroyed the piping under my kitchen sink. Called the night before, explained the problem and he was there the next day. He spendt alot of time throughly clearing the drains out. Before he started he explained different things he would try to save me a few dollars. Very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend him and will use him for future plumbing needs. Prices were reasonable.

I called several companies because we were seriously considering going back to a conventional tank water heater after having so many problems with our 8-year old tankless. When I called PJ's and spoke to Doreen, she was the only person I spoke to who suggested that our current unit was still under warranty and I should call Rheem and have them service it at no cost. I did just that and, of course, that problem was not covered under warranty. Paul came over within 1 hour of my calling back. He said I would not be disappointed with the performance or longevity of an AO Smith tankless water heater. We had the set-up for a tankless, and it would be an added cost to convert back to a conventional. Plus for resale value, quantity of on-demand water for large bathtub, and low energy cost, he talked me into staying with a tankless unit. So far we are very happy with the performance, temperature and cost of running this tankless. Low maintenance (only need flushing every 2 years) while our 8-year old Rheem needed burner cleaned or replaced every year (what a pain that thing was!!) For the install the next day, Paul and his crew showed up early, got the job done quickly and efficiently and Paul provided the Federal rebate form for the $300 rebate. Paul and his crew were the highest caliber of workmen I have seen. Not the usual luck we have had with plumbers. From now on, we will be using PJ's for all of our plumbing needs.

Only fixed one of our two problems and overcharged

Rick completed the plumbing on a kitchen remodel for us. Work was well thought out and executed perfectly. Craftsmanship was really good and the cost was competitive

We've used Dr. Plumber twice. They worked through roots in our sewage line and fixed bad pipes/clog from our shower. We plan on using them to replace all our pipes in the near future. They were professional, said exactly what they were going to do, and the price was good. They cleaned up after they were finished.

I tried to use the business. I reached out to get an estimate on a list of tasks that needed to be done. A person can over I handed him a printed list and we did a walk through. Told me they would get neck to meet shortly. Never heard back. Called the business twice after and never heard back. Both people who answered the phone told me I'll hear back by the next day. Didn't happen. I went ahead and used a different service for assistance.
