Steve did a great job cleaning out our kitchen drain. He also tightened our shower faucet and removed and reapplied the shower caulk. Very happy with the service, we'll use Budiac Plumbing in the future. The lady that answers the phone was always friendly and helpful.

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. R. S. Plumbing is an excellent Company. The owner/ Master Plumber is very Skilled and Knowledgeable when it comes to many many Things dealing with Plumbing. It is a small Family Company, and I would recommend them Big time for anytype of residential or commerical Plumbing Needs!!!!

Schedule an appointment and the plumber never showed or called. I called and left a message and have yet to receive a response.

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

My husband and I hired Borth-Wilson for a water heater repair, and couldn't be happier with the service and final cost. The plumber arrived on time, worked quickly and left a beautiful finished product. We recommend BW to everyone looking for a plumber now!
