My home owners warranty hired Tuffy’s Sewer and Drain after the first plumber couldn’t get the job done. Austin and Chris fixed the problem, called to tell me they were coming, showed up on time and cleaned up. I’d definitely call them again.

Quick, responsive, and reliable service. They were able to take a tight space with little room to work in an incredibly old house and still correct an outdoor hose bib issue. They left the area looking cleaner than when they started. Will definitely use them for plumbing needs in the future!

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

They do professional work and like animals. They replaced traps, installed shower heads and faucets in old house , and replaced our old concrete laundry sink.

Professional pride is evident in everyone that remodeled our bathroom. They worked as a team and continuously demonstrated artistic craftsmanship—from the designers to the plumbers to the person who cut and placed the tile. Everything was done with pride and perfection.

Had a great experience with Peter, Erik, and the entire Hagen team. Communication was great from the first call to the service visit. Peter was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He also did a great job cleaning up after he was done. Would strongly recommend to friends and family. They will be getting any plumbing business that I may have in the future. I want to thank Paul and PJ's Plumbing for the service they have provided to me over the past 5 years. Most recently I called Paul because I lost a diamond pendant in my bathroom sink drain. Paul was out the same day and found my pendant. I cannot thank PJ's enough. Over the five years that I have used them for plumbing services, they have always been prompt and provided excellent service.

Asked for an ASAP appointment, was told they had availability today. Shortly after, I got a text and an email that Ray was being assigned.

Ray called to let me know he was on his way and arrived right at the start of my arrival window.

He deftly handled the issues, was happy to answer my questions, was happy to walk my new basement and give his thoughts, which were that stuff will need updating, but nothing is currently critical.

Repairs went efficiently. Ray was great. Never pushed sales, always willing to answer questions. Seemed knowledgeable. Will be calling Rozga for any and all future plumbing needs.

Only fixed one of our two problems and overcharged

We've used Dr. Plumber twice. They worked through roots in our sewage line and fixed bad pipes/clog from our shower. We plan on using them to replace all our pipes in the near future. They were professional, said exactly what they were going to do, and the price was good. They cleaned up after they were finished.

Overpriced and not knowledgeable. Guy came out and didn't know what he was doing. Said he had never fixed a faucet like this so I watched some videos before I came. We have a standard Delta kitchen faucet you see in all the stores!!! Caused a leak in our basement because he forgot to shut the main valve off. Charged $250 and didn't fix anything! If you don't know what you are doing, don't come out. We can also look up videos too. Be upfront and tell people. We would have found someone else first. Never will use again!

My Mom completely plugged up her Kitchen sink. I asked Flow - Rite to fix it, these folks quickly fixed it and treated her with the utmost respect. Mom specifically wants them to attend to all Her Plumbing needs.....can't argue with Mom!
