Best Drains Pipe in Milwaukee WI

We were extremely overcharged for a very simple fix. They are quote based and ovrerquote. We thought the repair was going to be involved so accepted the quote but it ended up being a very simple and quick fix. Paid double what we should have. Would never call them again.

They responded to my plumbing emergency promptly, professionally, and completely. I signed up for their maintenance plan to be sure nothing like this happens again. They were great at explaining everything, and the results of their work are outstanding! I've got a new plumber for life!

Thorough. Inexpensive. Responsive. Clean. I call plugged pipes every time I have any plumbing issue - from clogged sink/disposal not working to basement laundry tub. They respond quickly and get the job done. I am very happy with their service and price.

Highly recommended. Had a very good experience. Hot water heater wasn't working so I called them and they kind of knew what was wrong after I explained the problem over the phone. They didn't charge trip charge. I called couple other places with great reviews on Google. All of them were interested in coming and charging a trip charge. None of them were interested in listening to the water heater problem. Buzz from Knauer arrived within an hour after I called. Fixed the hot water heater and the charge was very reasonable, one third of what others quoted. Has been 4 months since the service, no issue yet. Really really happy with Knauer plumbing service, reasonable rates, honest tech who won't over charge or try to over sell you. Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience with Flow-Rite Plumbing. He answered my call and I was able to have a same day appointment! Communication was through text and was prompt! He accessed the problem and explained to me my options-in a way I understood(which is always helpful). He did not lead me into only one option and was respectful of my budget concerns. This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

You don't understand how important hot water is until you don't have it. Our hot water heater was leaking and Vince and his team were able to order a new heater and have it installed right away. From the polite receptionist who treated my situation with the utmost importance (on a Friday afternoon), to Vince himself calling me to explain all of my options, to the technician who walked me through the process, I could not have been more pleased with the service offered by Vince Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing.
