I see a lot of good reviews on there, but my experience was not good. The person I spoke to set a meeting with me for the same day. Great, until he didn't show and then didn't answer his phone, return my message or text. The next day he called like nothing happened and said he could schedule an appointment with me. No thank you. Good luck to everyone else.

Purchased house, culvert under driveway clogged on 1st heavy rain and flooded yard. Called 7AM , they arrived 9AM. Tech used water jet to clear 40 years of dirt. Friendly, professional, company vehicle with logos, new euipment, respectful of property. Fair price for work and fast service. Highly recommend.

Sump stopped working and water backed up. Called Milestone. Bob from Milestone showed up as scheduled, diagnosed the issues and began the repairs. Required a new sump and some re-piping. All completed quickly and with attention to detail and with due regard to condition of our 1950's ranch. Very satisfied. Milestone office very professional. Handled our inquiries very well. I had a very good experience with Flow-Rite Plumbing. He answered my call and I was able to have a same day appointment! Communication was through text and was prompt! He accessed the problem and explained to me my options-in a way I understood(which is always helpful). He did not lead me into only one option and was respectful of my budget concerns. Problem was fixed the same day and check out was easy with all forms of payment were welcomed so I didn't have to worry about that. Initial plumber messed up the job but Rashawn was awesome; came himself to look at it and got it fixed right away.

I had a great experience. They were able to schedule me in within 24 hours and even recommended a better water heater than I had. They showed up on time, and were very professional while at my house. Answered all my questions and even provided some tips and suggestions. I will definitely be using them again

This week we came home after being away and found our outside hose bibb had cracked and had been gushing water for 8 hours, we turned off the pipe indoors and got the water to stop but had flooding in our basement just due to the sheer amount of water on the outside wall. We called VIP and they promptly came. We wanted to see if there was any other damage to our piping internally and to locate if that was the only issue. The employee from VIP was here for 15 minutes, said he could replace the hose bib, said our guess was right. When we called to schedule there was no information about them charging just to come out and we weren't told pricing until we got a bill in the mail. The bill was for over $200 dollars. The average price for a hose bib is $10. We were frustrated with the low level of service, lack of insight, and excessive pricing for 15 minutes of something, honestly I could've done myself. Won't be using them again.

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.
