I love this guys

Can’t say enough. Very professional, knowledgeable and qualified folks not only that come to your house but who you talk to on the phone. Even their communication system is top 10. You might be paying a bit more, but you are certainly getting what you pay for and more. If you don’t care about quality and just want the cheapest price, or you are just the reactive type and not proactive in sharing to make sure things are covered before they break based on good professional guidance like Hartlaub provides, you most likely will look and go elsewhere.

Knauer is always very responsive .They are very fair and honest in their appraisal of problems. I use them for both heating and plumbing issues.-for over 15 years. I once had a toilet that overflowed on my third floor and they came within 30 minutes to fix it and basically saved my home! We recently lost the heat in our home and i feared we would need a new boiler-an expense i dreaded during this current crisis time. Knauer replaced a valve and it was fixed! I highly recommend them.

I found VIP plumbing after IHN plumbing tried to gouge me. Since I was working on a quick time frame Vince jumped on it right away and did the work and saved me 7 grand. I kid you not, this actually happened! Vince was a total professional and I would absolutely use him again. I normally don't also write reviews but this team of plumbers deserved it for sure!

Darryl reached out within an hour of my initial inquiry. He came, looked at the pipes, made a recommendation and quoted me a price. He arrived at the stated time, did the work, cleaned up any dirty area and was on his way. Super nice guy. I would use him again and recommend him to others with drainage problems. Reasonable price for the work.

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

Only fixed one of our two problems and overcharged

Came out at short notice to service our AC. Prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service from a great team. Would recommend them to anyone in the area for excellent service and value.

Overpriced and not knowledgeable. Guy came out and didn't know what he was doing. Said he had never fixed a faucet like this so I watched some videos before I came. We have a standard Delta kitchen faucet you see in all the stores!!! Caused a leak in our basement because he forgot to shut the main valve off. Charged $250 and didn't fix anything! If you don't know what you are doing, don't come out. We can also look up videos too. Be upfront and tell people. We would have found someone else first. Never will use again!

Very professional in scheduling. Was able to get here a day earlier that anticipated. My technician, Eric W., was courteous and professional. They final cost was very affordable and about $300 less than I was quoted by other plumbers. I highly recommend them!!!

Milestone to the rescue…again! I have to add a little more to my older review. I need to start off with thank the two women I spoke with in the phone. I wish I remembered both of their names but I know one was Tracy. We had another plumbing issue and both women were so kind and nice to talk with about our issue. They got us on the schedule the next day and sent Josh. Josh was absolutely amazing. He was kind and light hearted about our plumbing in the kitchen and basement. He managed to help us so much with a situation that was pretty gross and hard to get at. Once again, Milestone, you are doing something right with the people you hire. From start to finish I can’t give this company enough credit for how wonderful they all are. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to spread the good word about Milestone. We live in a 1950's tri-level that has come with it's fair share or quirks. This week our bath tub backed up while showering and the water would not drain. It was disgusting. We tried everything we could possible think of and it just led me to tears. Our contractor even came over to help out. We were thinking it was worse case scenario and a wall was going to have to ripped out. Milestone got us in next day and sent Alex over. He was unbelievably kind and calming. He was able to talk me through our old pipe issues and within a matter of minutes he had the drain unclogged and water running smoothly in the bath tub. He also talked to me about things to use and not use on our 1950's pipes. I'm so happy we found an honest and reliable local company that is dependable and has amazing customer service.
