Jess and her Milestone Plumbing employees are the consummate professionals! This is the third experience that we've had with her work/service. The office staff is quick, concise, polite, and friendly. We selected her business for service based on our past experiences with the service she has provided. The work is completed in a timely and competent manner. All of the staff are great to deal with: from the office staff who answer the telephone calls through the plumbers who arrive at the scheduled time, complete the work in a neat, orderly, and professional manner. Needed basement wash drain repaired because metal drain had corroded away. Asked for plastic drain and new washers put in dripping faucet. Mike the plumber told me couldn't be done. Needed new faucet and metal drain. Did repair myself with sink manufacture parts for $40. Had to pay $110 to Alpine for worthless trip charge.

Our hot water heater decided to go on a Friday evening so I called Vince Ingrilli and left a message telling him the situation and to set up an appointment to have it replaced. Vince called back within 10 minutes. He was very pleasant, gave us our options for replacement, and we set up an appointment. I later received a call from Vince saying they were going to be able to come out two days earlier than our original appointment. Very impressive. Certainly will call on him for any future plumbing needs!

I see a lot of good reviews on there, but my experience was not good. The person I spoke to set a meeting with me for the same day. Great, until he didn't show and then didn't answer his phone, return my message or text. The next day he called like nothing happened and said he could schedule an appointment with me. No thank you. Good luck to everyone else.

I needed a plumber for a backed up sewer drain. I called Dave and left a message. I called another plumbing service with good ratings and setup an appointment with them. Dave (or i think it was Dave) called me back shortly after I explained I already booked with an other company. He asked about the rate and when I told him the rate and other company. He assured me they do good work at a great price. Seems super professional to speak well of his competition I'll definitely call Dave in the future if I have plumbing needs.

Called Heiden for emergency leak after a home improvement fail. Andy called me in 10 minutes. He asked me what happened and suggested we send pictures. He called me right back, told us the part we needed and walked us through the fix. Success! And now we can wait until Monday to make an appointment and have water over the weekend. So grateful. Andy confirmed what I always knew- Heiden always gives solid, honest service- which is why they were the first people I called on a Saturday.

Jake K was very professional. We had a dishwasher and garbage disposal installed. These were new installs not replacements. The work was done well and he was able to accommodate a last minute decision to use an air switch for the garbage disposal. I would definitely use them again.

In the past 3 years since moving to this area, we’ve used Bohmann Plumbing exclusively (after being unsatisfied with 2 other plumbers). Brian knows his business well, is prompt in responding and on time, reasonable rates, and is courteous. Seriously recommend him.
