Bad service. Thought I would give them a try because of the price, however, guys come out didn't have the equipment to do thorough job at floor drain. The water was still backed up when technician finished the job, and the next morning my basement was Flooded again after paying $300.00. Call company about the poor service to no avail they said that technician could only unclog it temporary because the tech could only get a 2 inch cutter to fit.😒 Then I call the previous plumber I had use before who came out and completely unclog the basement floor drain in about 15 mins. Don't use these guys or watse your money they're a total rip off.😓

We had Milestone come in to replace our water heater, replace piping from the water meter, replace both hose bibs, and rearrange the laundry area. The laundry area was a big job as it included capping a leaking drain, and increasing the size of an existing drain, as well as rerunning all of the water and gas pipe in that room to the other side.

From the beginning of working with Jessie to get a quote all the way through paying the bill, it was a great experience. The crew arrived always on time, kept me informed of what was happening at all times, and were always great to chat with. They left the place looking clean which was a challenge when you are jackhammering out a few spots of the basement floor.

I would recommend them to anyone, just as they were recommended to us.

I just want to give an appreciative shout out to Dave and his team. We had a drain issue recently that I couldn't fix myself. Chris and Austin and Dave's team showed up on time, and professionally resolved the issue. The work and value met or exceeded my expectations. When your in a jam, and need a contractor to fix something you can feel like your being taken advantage of. This was not my experience with Dave's plumbing. I would highly recommend Hagen Plumbing. They were very knowledgeable - I could tell they were experts in the field. They also had great communication. My water heater went out right before I was about to go out of town. They didn't have an opening for a few days, but called me later that day to let me know their plumber got done early with one of his other jobs so could squeeze me in. I really appreciated that! I ended up needing a new water heater, so they were quick to get me scheduled and fast to install. They were professional and very friendly. My husband was out of town for work, so I was happy to get this all resolved by myself before her returned! Thanks for your help Hagen!

Paul came and did a preventative sewer drain cleaning, he was quick, efficient, clean and very reasonably priced! I have and will only use PJs for my plumbing needs and will continue to refer him to everyone!

We had Mr. “Wil” from Milwaukee Handyman come survey our property for painting the basement and adding a few electrical outlets. As “Wil” left he said “I will get back to you as soon “as today” with a quote” exact words! The problem is that was on the 25th of August and today is 3rd September and still no quote a full ten days.
We called their business multiple times and never got a call back most probably because it was not a big profitable job.

There are other smaller businesses and independent contractors who are struggling to put food the table (who are respectful, needy and have great references) They are easily found on neighborhood app and facebook marketplace, let’s give them a chance.

Find a business who values you as a customer and avoid Milwaukee Handyman at all cost.
