Hagen was able to come out for service the day after I called. Peder arrived and was able to repair the pipe within a short time. He informed me he had a lot of time left (minimum one hour labor charge) and asked if there were any other issues. Incidentally, there was an issue with the kitchen drain that I had intended to attend to myself. He was able to take care of that, also. The only additional cost incurred was minimal to cover parts. I highly recommend this company.

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

They did a good job fixing my mother-in-law's toilet.

Powerhouse did a great job solving a mysterious leak when our ceiling started dripping this week. They located the problem and were able to fix it, and also offered to upgrade some additional piping to avoid having to repeat a similar repair in the future. They booked an appointment as soon as possible (the next day), and were very helpful right away to help us troubleshoot and prepare for the repair before they came out. The repair was more of a challenge than we anticipated and they were thorough and stayed into the evening to ensure the job was done and everything was back to working order. We'll definitely be using Powerhouse again in the future for plumbing needs.

Donaven explained all my options before doing the contract. They did a great job. They went above and beyond of what I was expecting. They replaced my old galvanized pipes with copper ones and installed a new water heater. They used only good quality materials and even repaired a couple of items not included in the contract at no cost. The work was reasonably priced plus they are licensed, bonded and insured. labor and parts guaranteed. The job was done quickly and very responsive. I recommend them to anyone.

HORRIBLE company to work with. Employee, Drew Hessil, charged me $350 for a 15 minute job. When I said I’d pay cash, he lowered the price to $300 which was very confusing. When I called the boss to ask for an itemized receipt. He gave me a hard time, using the excuse that he’d have to charge me more money to write out a receipt because of the time it would take. Also said that, “We give people our price and they either say yes or no. If they say no we have a lot of other business.” I then asked for a breakdown of the prices and the owner could not provide me with direct rates of why a 15 minute job cost me $300. He only said that they charged for material, coming to the home and service fees with no specifics. When I asked if $300 for a 15 minute job sounded right, his response was “how about $280?” The worker pulled up at 0900 and was back in his vehicle by 0920. The employee and owner were rude during the transaction. I do not recommend working with this company.

On a Friday morning, discovered that my water heater tank was leaking. Ben was able to come out later in the day and replace it with a new, larger water heater. Ben was courteous and professional. I appreciated that he put down tarps to protect my flooring (even on the stairs) when he moved the new water heater in and old one out. Even though Ben had another job to work after mine, he made the time to fix my drinking faucet on the kitchen sink. I plan on giving Ben a call again for any future plumbing needs, and would recommend him to friends and family.

i'm searching for a plumber & ran across these reviews. the complaints are: poor customer service, will not follow up on service promised & have you waiting all day or week or may not show at all for repairs. Wow! I better keep looking.
