We had an issue with the kitchen sink and Roto Rooter came on the 23rd of December just before Christmas Eve. The senior Tech, Robert, was very professional and took care of the issue immediately. He not only fixed the issue but explained why it had happened. He later stayed to make sure the dishwashing cycle finished in order to confirm that his job was well done. Definitely will call this company again and request service from Robert.

Waste of money and time. Poor diagnosis of the problem. My laundry presented a piping problem related to the the washer machine. The technician resolved with a quick fix. He didn't want to expend $1.25 to run the washer machine or wait 25 min (laundry cycle duration) to double check if the problem was resolved. Two weeks later, I had to call them back for the same problem... Not only they did not take responsibility on the guarantee, but the wanted to charge me again for the same job. Go figure!

We called EZ Plumbing to remove a garbage disposal. Oscar performed the service quickly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with the work and will definitely call them again.

The plumber was friendly and helpful, teaching me about the new tankless heater and making sure that I understood everything. VERY GRATEFUL for this kind of service. Spectacular and pristine service! We needed to have almost our entire plumbing redone as we have an old house with galvanized pipes. We had utilized coastal plumbing a year ago for a simple clog and we recalled how great they were and called again. Eddie responded immediately and was able to come to our house to quote us within 24 hours. He was honest with us from day 1 about the extent of our work and issues we may encounter. Him and his team started a week long project within 48hrs of contact. Eddie kept my husband and I up to date on everything (the good and the bad). Luckily we only encountered one issue and they were able to solve at a reasonable price. Eddie, Felipe and Judson were professional and respectful. They even went above and beyond to fix an issue with my kitchen sink, which they didn’t have to, thank you for that Judson! Eddie had to bring in someone to plaster some walls they had to break and even that gentleman (an independent worker) upheld the standards of Coastal Plumbing of a Brickell. They do neat work and clean up after themselves, Eddie truly takes pride in his business. Thank you so much again! I hope I don’t need their services soon but if I do, I’ll never go anywhere else!
