Steve did a great job! My kitchen sink was clogged and he took care of it. Within an hour of calling for service, arrived. Price was reasonable!

(2021)I wanted to update this review a long time ago, but feared this company might be able to somehow take back the money I paid them. Below all of this text is a review that I had to leave in order to get my money back. The owner fought with me on the phone after I had left a review about how they sent someone over from their company who not only broke my bath faucet even more, but also wanted to charge me 1200$ for a service I later found out from another honest plumbing company would only have been a temporary fix to my problem, AND that I was being overcharged for a service that never amounts anywhere near what they stated. After I left a negative review the first time telling the truth about what happened and the events that occured, I was called by the manager or owner, who told me the only way they'd give me back my money was if I updated my review and that review made them look bad. His words, verbatim. I now want people to know the truth about this company and their shady business practices. This was about 2 years ago, but I will never forget how they treated my boyfriend and I. They blackmailed us for our own money. My hopes are that they have since polished their business ethics and have learned to treat their customers better, but I wouldn't be too sure about that. So I leave this edited review as a caution to anyone who might feel something might be off about this company, because odds are your gut feeling might be spot on.

2019(Alex cleared every thing up for my boyfriend and I. Refunded us no problem. Helped us further understand our problem and what we needed to do, so that we could take the necessary steps to get our bath tub fixed. Thanks for your help.)

The entire team was extremely responsive (supervisor, to back office, to serviceman), reached out and was readily available to coordinate scheduling, pricing, and explanation of work. Main shutoff was repaired and looks good. Serviceman was a couple hours late ahead of pre-set service appointment scheduled, which was an inconvenience, but was courteous and got the work done.

Joe showed up and did great work. Thank you guys!

I was contacted by the owner, Alex, and he informed me that the Plumber that came to my home was let go due to the incident. He assured me that the behavior of that employee will not be tolerated in his company. I must say, I was very impressed with the way he promptly investigated and handled the problem. I feel better knowing that the actions that took place were of the employee and not of the company. I can appreciate a company that does not stand for people being taking advantage of. Alex made me feel like he cared. I can now say that if I had another issue I would call them back again. Thank you Alex for all of your help.

Can someone tell me why they tried to charge me $560.00 to replace a bath and shower faucet? On Friday morning, the faucet in my sons’ bathroom was stripped so we could not get the water to turn off. As a result, we called Pro Plumbing and I explained my problem to the customer service provider for the company that answered my call. She told me that someone would arrive in less than an hour, and soon, two workers arrived in order to situate the issue. The workers went to the back of the house, turned off the water to the house, and then told us that they had to go to home depot to purchase a part. I got a call from one of the workers saying that he saw a bath-and-shower faucet set for $53.00, asking if I wanted him to purchase it, a question to which I replied in agreement. When they returned, however, one person just started walking around while the other went into the bathroom. He was in there for about 30 minutes before he came out and told me that he needed to go back to Home Depot because the part was defective. He came back about 40 minutes later, went back in the bathroom, and shut the door. About 10 minutes later, I walked into the bathroom and saw that he was doing nothing. Then he told me that it looked like someone had to be messing with the water heater which confused me. I told him that was not possible due to the fact that I have a tankless water heater which I can’t reach unless I stand on the dryer and tip-toe. Then he started saying that it was complicated. I had to wake my boyfriend up at this point and tell him what was going on. He went to the bathroom which was in the same condition as it was when the workers had arrived. As he was standing there, that guy repaired, replaced and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes before going to his truck and issuing us a bill for $560.00, a price which fluctuated heavily, as after speaking to someone at the office, he came down to $340.00. The service provided to me by this company proved to be exceedingly poor and inefficient, thus, prompting the need for me to compose and submit this complaint.

I can't believe what I had to hear from my family. I had to CALL another company to get them to fix the issues they had. No response to the company that did such a great job. How dare you do this to my family. He overpriced my family for crying out loud, don't do it. Go to a company who is thorough at their job.

I had a service to change a faucet and valve in my kitchen sink due to a leak. The service gentleman was very courteous, knowledgeable, and provided explanations for the service. But the prices are super steep. For that reason I will not use them again.

Amazing job. Alex installed a new water filter in my home . He was on time and very neat. Reasonable pricing also . I definitely would recommend them .

Had an plumbing emergency, I received a call back within minutes. The plumber walked me through how to turn off the main water line and stopped gallons of water from gushing away.

Came into fix a problem with the toilet, after they left the toilet started flushing on its own, looked it up it is called a phantom flush. Scheduled another appointment, they showed up 2 hours late and charged us $100. However, toilet has been fixed.

Pro Plumbing to the rescue. Called after hours, Pro Plumbing showed up in force and took care of our plumbing issues. Real professional and neat, cleaned up any mess they created. Once they were done it was like the were never here. Highly recommend

My water heater caught fire due to a leak today. I called ProPlumbing and the receptionist let me speak to Alex who was extremely courteus and knowledgable. We agreed on the price and he came to my house and less than an hour and a half my new water heater was installed. Definitely would recommed to friends. They came the same day, within hours of my call and Alex and Mike were very professional.Thank you!!!

To be honest this is the first time that I am writing a review for a service provider that I have deal with. But on this case I would liked to share my experience with everybody since it maybe helpful for the others as well o I asked this company to replace my water heater. They provide a service beyond my expectation, very fast and at reasonable price ! The two individual I was in contact Steve and Stephanie are professional, friendly and helpful . If you have any plumbing issue I would 100% recommend this company !

Pro Plumbing went out of their way to help me with my broken sewage pipe that a phone company damaged during installation. The pipe was buried 3 1/2 deep in the ground which they dug up manually. Pro Plumbing treated me as if I've known them for years. They are very professional & would not hesitate to recommend Pro Plumbing to anyone that needs service.

Recently move into my house and my master bathroom toilet would not flush after going thru two plumbing company that would not fix the issue i called pro plumbing and they fixed the problem right away my son had flushed a tooth brush and Alex removed it saved me from having to buy a new toilet great service and very proffessional will highly recommend thank you Pro plumbing...

Our water heater broke out of nowhere on a Sunday so we called pro plumbing who we have used before. They guided us step by step on what to do until the next day when they came and installed the new heater. Great service, impeccable finish. Highly recommend!!!

I had an issue with my faucet it was leaking and I called pro plumbing to get the job done I spoke to Alex which is the main boss he was very friendly and gave me a fair estimate he sent out his workers the next day to fix the issue Robert and John came out and fix the faucet and did an excellent job and it did not take them long at all they both had a lot of knowledge,were friendly,had a great attitude,were patient and were very professional give this company a call you will not be disappointed

Alex did his best to find a solution for my plumbing issues at one of my rental properties in Homestead. I had backed up issues, blow out problems and a troubled water line, this man came out his self in the RAIN. You cant find service like that now adays.

Amazing company!

After having an amazing first experience 3 months ago, today I called them for a clogged shower and after charging me 225 to fix it, 4 hours later the clogging came back and I called them again and the least they’re charging me this time for a second visit was 175 claiming they don’t offer any kind of guaranties on a clogging which I perfectly respect, but now I feel like I paid 225 for nothing and my bathroom is still useless, if you ever have a clogging make sure is 100% fixed so you don’t have to call them again.

We called Pro Plumbing Saturday morning and they arrived within 30 minutes. Ozzy was great. He arrived and immediately began working to fix our issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend their services-great services and reasonable pricing to boot!
