He’s professional, and knowledgeable ~ on point with his diagnosis, definitely not money hungry, and gave me a brief lesson on the best way to care for my septic tank. I called Oscar after after having major back flows at my place of businesses, he responded right away and on time. Mmmm, he didn’t chastised me for running late. My daughter was the poc while I was in transit. I ran into delay and He had to report to another job. I was terribly disappointed to not to have met him but I’m not worried because he’s booked with me for my future plumbing disasters. May your business and staff be blessed as you bless others.

Friendly and helpful service.

Scheduled an appointment with them. The guy showed up an hour late. He did a good job narrowing the cause of the problem and he scheduled to come back the following week to complete the repairs. When the day came, I texted him to confirm that we were still on. He texted back that he has another job to finish and he may be late. He didn't reply to my response asking what time he would be able to make it or if we had to reschedule.

Texted him again the day after and the day after that. Called him multiple times. No responsse. That's not professional.

Just to show you how dishonest this guy is, he just replied to my review saying that I have the wrong business. Doesn't he know I have the text messages from his phone number?

Unprofessional little know it all that did not fix anything

So despite my reservations, my contractor was having issues with his plumber so I hired them to do a rough for a bathroom remodel.. Explained the layout and provided drawings, plus I had all the fixtures. The final product looked nice to the untrained eye like mine, but when I contacted them to have them install the fixtures at separate cost they didn’t bother to show up and now I see why. The wrong drainage pipe was used for the tub plus it was too narrow and too short, the shower valves were too far back and uneven, shower head lines also not symmetrical, and the water lines by the toilet and bidet were not symmetrical either although I’ll admit to have noticed that and brushed it off due to fatigue of dealing with sub par work for months. I see now why I got a few estimates in the 40s for what I felt was worth 20. Quality craftsmanship is hard to find and this is what you get when you try to save money. Gotta love Miami.

Call EZ Plumbing at 9pm on a Friday since my father's water heater had broken that day. Oscar had answered the call and promptly helped me out with setting an appointment for the repair the next day. He showed up at my father's house with a new water heater and all the parts that were needed to install it. This is the second time this heater has been changed since my father bought his house in 89, and to say that it is the best looking one that been installed. The part that I love the most is that I'm in South Carolina and looked up water heater service in Miami and ran across their reviews. Can't say I'm disappointed at all. Great service guys!!! My father means the world to me and him not having hot water in the house is a no go. You guys came through, thank you for everything!

Oscar is amazing. Our condo had a wall mount toilet that was leaking. I have called several plumbers no body wanted to touch it since the toilet tank was installed inside wall. Oscar and his brother are wonderful licensed plumbers. They arrived to my house within the hour with a quote given ahead of time, provided by videos I sent over text message of my issue. I called Bay Plumbing first and they were unable to come see my issue until the next business day (I called at 12:30 PM on a weekday). Oscar and his brother worked hard for several hours and ensured that the issue was solved before they left, doing multiple test runs. I already have another project for them to come and work on in my guest bathroom in the next couple of weeks.

I called for a quote and he told me I could send him pictures so he could give me a more exact price. I called 24 Hour Rooter Services  and they scheduled an appointment for me the next day. A sweet, skilled, adorable young plumber, Oscar arrived, explained the situation to me, gave me choices. He then FIXED IT with some parts I had found... and he did not charge me.

He said they are a neighborhood service and are very understanding of situations like mine. This time it was not major surgery!  I still cannot believe this. As a 50-year resident on the coral gable, I have never experienced such generosity, professionalism and patience with a situation like this in my entire life.

This service is horrible. absolutely horrible. Hire another company. He came over per my request to repair 2 faucets and install a toilet and look into a major shower repair. After he arrives, he informs my boyfriend he doesn't repair faucets. Okay. I call him, I am a female, and he is incredibly incredibly rude. He promised a repair, okay he buys another faucet for the bathroom and promises to fix the one in the kitchen (its a year old -top of the line) 500 Dollars later the kitchen faucet is worse. If he needed to replace both, say so. I can't believe I have to hire another plumber and pay more money. Its crazy. Oh, he said he was licensed to work in my building. He is not.

On February 5, 2017 I had problems with the plumbing in my rental property, I was referred by a friend to call Oscar at 24 Hour Rooter Services. I was able to speak to him and told him about the emergency. He was most helpfull and professional and within an hour he was at the property. He inspected the sewer line with his camera cleared and cleaned the line. He found the problem was with the City. He called the Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Dept. and they came the same day at 8:00 pm found the problem and requested the City come and cleared the obstruction that was causing the blockage. Oscar was at the property from 3:00 pm till 9:pm that the city truck left. I more than highly recommend 24 hour Rooter Services and Oscar the owner. I called them up and they quickly scheduled an appointment for me. They came over and fixed my sink. It looked better than new. While they were over I asked them if they could fix a few things in my bathroom and unclog my shower. I will definitely be calling these guys again.

Oscar was very professional. I called him at 11 am with a broken shower handle issue. He immediately had me text him pictures and let me know he would have to take apart the shower handle and take it to a supply store to see what it would cost, and he could be at my house within an hour. He was up front with his labor rate and said he would not mark up the parts. He showed up on time, took the part, and then drove across town to a supply store so he could get me the part the same day. He called and came back that afternoon.
