The plumber was respectful and pleasant during our greeting. I needed the main water shut off valve replaced in an area that was partial damp most of the time. This caused the valve to rust and eventually disintegrate. The plumber and I discussed designs to prevent and solve this problem from recurring.
A professional decision was made to avoid a similar outcome. Excellent job Falcon! Thank you for continuous service in the community.

This is the second time Falcon has been out to my house for one of my water heaters. First time it was not functioning optimally and they saved me money by being able to fix it. Second time, I took a video of a different problem (T&P valve blew out) and sent it to them the night before - they came prepared knowing the problem and the fix was done in 5 minutes of arriving. Very responsive and extremely pleasant to work with - overall just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend

I had a leak in the toilet tank during Memorial Day weekend and the owner, Wendy, found out that TOTO discontinued the item and had no replacement parts. We spoke and she ordered a new toilet and tank. Michael was sent for the installation, and he was knowledgeable and efficient. Wendy and her staff are responsive, personable and dedicated to doing a good job. I recommend them and will use them again.

A bit rocky at first. The manager is very nice and accommodating. The first plumber was extremely rude and never even started the job. The second they sent out was great! Good communicator, punctual, professional work. Ask if Diaz Toledo is available.

I had a major toilet back up in my restaurant. I called Falcon Plumbing and actually got to speak to the owner. She got a tech on the other line and even though she was booked, she was able to fit us in. The tech was professional, explained the problem, gave me a quote and fixed the issue. He even cleaned the area afterwards and I would recommend her to anyone. I was so impressed that I had her install a shower at my home and again, professional, courteous and gave me excellent recommendations. I went to a tankless heater and she gave me the best price on the market. Now, I can run 4 showers at once and not run out of hot water. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She does what she says she will do and her techs do excellent work. Not a lot of plumbers out there trying to save you money. That's why they have been in business for so long. They treat you like family. Anyone that gives you a quote over the phone is lying. They come out and see what the problem is first. Then they give you options and a realistic timeline. Great company, highly recommended.

My experience with falcon plumbing was phenomenal. It was an emergency call late at night and I thought I was screwed for sure. I made the call wendy was very nice and fair in the pricing. The plumber that showed up was ralph. He too was polite and had such a great attitude for his job and how late the call was I really felt at ease. He was in and out within 2 hours.

I'm very pleased with the repair service I just received from Falcon Plumbing. I called them last Friday and got an appointment for 0900 (Monday) . Repair man (Ralph) was here right on time, he was very cordial and completed the job in under 30 minutes. I was given a quote on Friday and that's what I paid today...no added or hidden charges, which I found comforting , I will surely recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you Wendy ! Well, we lucked out because we got in touch with the owner, Wendy, who was very accommodating and sent someone the next day. I've been a customer for over 25 years and in all those years the owner, Wendy, has given me great advice on solving all my problems & the plumbers she hires are truly outstanding in their knowledge of how to repair or replace all my complex plumbing issues. I have a house built in 1954 that is on well water with a septic tank so the problems are complicated & difficult to solve, but never once in 25 years have I been disappointed!! That's an amazing track record for any company. The men clean up after themselves, are courteous & very professional. The price is always very reasonable. Wendy has repeatedly researched for parts of my older fixtures to save me money. This company deserves more than 5 stars.

I was so grateful for the expertise and timeliness of the plumber and how he fixed the installation of my garbage disposal and adjacent pipes all of which had been installed improperly and had started to leak. Terrible customer service. They are fast to take your money, but do not stand behind their work. We are a repeat customer and you would think they would treat you better.

Wendy was calming as my husband and I panicked over a broken water pipe in our home.She told us what to do until the plumber could get took place on a Sunday night at 8:30. When the plumber arrived he did his job explaining everything. He had no attitude about it being later in the evening. I would recommend Falcon Plumbing to anyone.

Worst company ever! Do not use them unless you want to be overcharged for basic services. I called them to check my gas water heater and all the technician did was turned on the city meter. He charged me $215 to turn the meter from off to on!! To top it off he did not have any change and I had to give him an extra $5.00. The technician did not spend more than 30mins in my unit and charged me over $200.00...this was a horrible experience!

It’s really my fault. I had a previous bad experience but couldn’t get hold of my regular guy. A simple changing of a valve turned into a $450 quote to change the guts of a toilet. Then suddenly there was a part that had to be installed on a previously working sink. Then “oh you need to snake the drain in the sink” that’s another $190. Then oh. I broke the pedestal top to the sink. Never mind. No charge. I won’t do anything bye.

This was my most recent note to Falcon which I have used for close to 20 years; they represent the best in quality, price and value.

We’ve been using Falcon Plumbing for a couple of years now. They are very responsive, professional and well priced. The customer service is exceptional.

On Friday I made an appointment online for Saturday at 10am, I was called for confirmation at 12 noon to confirm it, I could not answer the call. I called at 6pm to concent an appointment even knowing that maybe not could be that time (10am), the plumber told me that would be available at 1pm on Saturday and would call me to see if I was in my house, Saturday did not receive the call .... today, Monday I call to see if it could happen today fix my problem, a lady told me the plumber would call me in 5 minutes, wait 30 minutes, he called me and I explain my problem, He reminded I was the girl who called on Friday. He's apologizing because he had family problems and could not call me back ... again said that he would call me in 1 hour ... I had to text him thinking is busy and he call me after 1 hour and 30 minutes to be told that ANYONE couldn't go to fix my problem until tomorrow afternoon and they offer 24/7 services, I'm disillusioned of all good comments I wonder if they're true comments and so disrespectful plumber. Thanks a lot for nothing. p.d: I don't need a plumber who speaks Spanish.

Honest fair plumbers

They don't even deserve to be awarded one star. I am taking the time to write this review so it may help others in not falling for their dishonest way to make business. My request was to have a gas water heater fixed. The problem was that gas was not reaching the pilot to produce the flame, due to a clogged gas tubing. They sent a so called technician who did not even care to. check what and where he was supposed to. He came up with the theory that the igniter was malfunctioning, something that was not true since the igniter was producing the required spark consistently. Then what followed his wrong and outrageous diagnostic was a far more outrageous cost for a part replacement. Since we decided not to use their services based on the fact that he did not know was he was talking about, we were charged $75 for his visit.
I have come up to the conclusion that their business practice is based on the lack of knowledge of the consumer about the appliance they need to be fixed and not on the expertise or willingness of their personnel.
I strongly recommend not to use their services.

Let me just start off that this company has provided me one of the best customer services I have ever received. Not only were they extremely on point with their arrival time but from the beginning of my call to them I was treated with respect. I had a leak coming from my toilet and i was in desperate need to get it fixed. I called Falcon Plumbing and the receptionist (Rosi) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. When the techs got there, they explained to me detail by detail what was wrong and reassured me that they were there to help me.

I had an excellent experience with Falcon Plumbing. Plumbing service calls can be very expensive and disruptive. Falcon Plumbing provided a very positive experience and Justin who handled the service call was very professional. I would highly recommend them

This is the worst company that you can call. I called them to request a repair of my kitchen sink and I ask them how much more of less that repair would cost me. They told me that they would need to be on my house to inspect the problem and then give me an estimate. They charge for that $75.00 and if you dont want the job done you have to pay that amount. Well, they came and told me that the repair wold cost me $450!!! Just for fix the kitchen drain!! I asked the guy why that price and he told me that they usually charge that amount for that kind of work(you can see that first they told me that they have to be in the house). With this metod, they assure their $75 charge and then they can charge wherever they want. This kind of job only cost around $150.00 and now I will have to call another plumber to fix the clogged kitchen drain. If you dont want to feel betrayed, never call this company!

Our home is on well water, so when the water pump acts up, we have no water. This been happening to us off and on over the past month. We called our regular plumber who genuinely tried to solve the problem (twice), but the pump problem persisted. Falcon was recommended to us by a friend. We called them at 9am and by noon Justin and Ralf were at our home to check out the situation. They were knowledgeable and professional and solved problem by 1:30. We might add that Wendy who took our initial call was most helpful and reassuring that help was on the way. She was correct.

As soon as the guy came in to my house and saw my 3 month tankless water heater that is sold in every hardware store in US the guy told i havent seen that before you better change it to a new one . then the problem was not the heater but a leak under the house according to him without checking anything. Wanted to give an estimate for repiping the whole house. Comre on he was trying to ripp me off. End up paying $187 for walking around the house. Stay from these people

Had a sewer line backup in the late evening. Within an hour Wendy was able to have her technician Michael onsite. He was very courteous and professional during the entire visit. He made sure the bathrooms were cleaned up before leaving. He successfully unclogged the sewer line. Great customer service from the initial phone call through the entire visit. Michael was the gentleman who installed a kitchen faucet at my sister's house as well as a kitchen and three bathroom faucets at my house. He surveyed each room and knew we would be needing new valves. Ours are almost 30 years old and the chance of them leaking is phenomenal. He was friendly, worked efficiently and neatly, taking the time to be sure each faucet worked as needed. As he told me, I'd rather work slowly, carefully, and avoid having a leak in the future. I used this company 2 times the first time was to replace a heating element on my water heaters and the technicen who came to see the unit suggest the replacement of the water heater who is only 4 year. So I called on another company who charges me $ 100 for the replacement of the heating element. the second time was to drain my sink which is in my kitchen. this time the quotation proved by the technician was 470 dollars ...
just to drain the pipe. I call a other company Who charge my $ 150.
this company flacon plumbing are not professional because when I called their office the lady I have on the phone told me that this job should cost 180 dollars max

Late last year they “repaired” my tankless water heater. A few months later it not working properly. Again. Hmm. Since March i have been in a back and forth with the company to have it repaired. Still nothing. They are going to claim there was a misunderstanding as to who would order the parts. I have text messages with two of their employees that says otherwise. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Needed to replace my kitchen waste arm and wanted a reliable plumber. Got Falcon’s information from bbb.org where they have a A+ rating. Michael showed up and went above and beyond, walking us through all his findings at each step. Michael was awesome. Falcon was awesome.

Everybody that we interacted with did an amazing job identifying the problem with my kitchen sink, providing solutions, installing the new piece and working through any issues. Michael was incredibly helpful, and returned several times as requested just to make sure that everything was running smoothly. Wendy did an amazing job coordinating and planning the appointments. Terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if it would be possible. Definitely inexperienced.

Our technician's name was Justin. He was super polite and helpful. He assessed our backed up toilet and bath tub. He ran a snake and helped pinpoint where a pipe had been broken by a previous construction project by the city. Luckily, we had a picture of the city working in the front yard so have called them to remedy the issue and refund the cost of the plumbing repairs.

Overall the service and quality was exceptional and I would recommend to anyone looking in the area for a quality plumber.

I compared prices online. They are a flat rate company so they charge a flat fee for services regardless of how long it takes. If it only takes 15 minutes, it may not be worth it, but he was here almost 4 hours and it wasn't exactly a simple issue.

So while their prices may be on the higher end, I'd much rather pay a little extra here and there but know exactly who to call when something big happens. Hard to put a price on peace of mind.

In what has been an ongoing long term renovation nightmare....justin from falcon plumbing was an island of competence and professionalism in a sea of stupidity, sloppiness and incompetence. Falcon isn't cheap but most plumbing isn't. And they show up when they say they will and work in way that is clean and not terribly disturbing. Highly recommend!!

We had a plumbing issue, a leaking 3/4 gate valve on the main pipe water supply, we called Falcon Plumbing to resolve the issue. Justin the plumber came, quote us to fix the valve, $625, we told him to proceed, it was late at night no time to argue, water was leaking. Also we ask him about the water heater (W/H), Justin advised us to replace W/H and said he can do both for $1200.00, fixing the valve and changing W/H both for $1200. We insisted, both for $1200, he said yes. The next day, we asked him again, the $1200, are you sure is for both jobs, he said again, Yes.
We told him to proceed, he said he will come on Friday.
It was Tuesday night, On Wednesday the office sent us a bill for $649.00 not $625 for the valve replacement, that we paid immediatelly and Justin came on Friday and replaced the W/H. To our surprise, the office sent us a bill for $1188.43, on Friday afternoon, when we called we found out this is the price to replace the W/H. We spoke to Rosie and to Wendy and explained what Justin has told us he will be $550 for the W/H, they said no, this is the price $1188.43.
We definitely think that Falcon Plumbing needs to put their business and their quotation in order, if Justin is not placed to give quote as your plumber he better stop quoting people wrongly and if he did, which in our case he did, Falcon Plumbing needs to accept his quotation. A $550.00 can't suddenly become $1188.43, how much do you charge per hour $400.00, that wasn't an emergency, it was a planned job. This is definitely not right, people need to hear what you are doing to your customers. Rosi Echeverry and Wendy need to honor Justin price and send us a new bill for $550.00.

Very disappointed. Had the same problem recur one week after the service. The plumber took less than 30 minutes to work on the drain so I thought it wouldn't be such a burden to ask them to come back. They were going to charge me again to revisit my business. I asked to contact the manager but NO RESPONSE!

Ruddy the repairman was fantastic!! He was on time and amazing!! Fixed my awful pouring shower which wasn't easy.
I would definitely recommend Falcon Plumbing and I'll use them again in the future.

I had been to a well known parts store twice trying to repair a running water issue in my toilet. It turned out to be the shut off valve. Shearched the web, found Falcon Plumbing, owned and operated by a woman. Ms. Wendy answered right away, had a very nice talk, squeezed me in the next day. Tech was on time fixed the issue and I could breathe again and focus on Thanksgiving day! Thank You Ms. Wendy and your Techs that get it done.

They said it would be $75 to come out and that they would be there between 3 and 5 and call me half an hour before the appointment he showed up at 5:02 very good however charged me $143 to take a metal piece on my garbage disposal and reset my garbage disposal which took him all of 5 minutes and charged me $143 it took him longer to figure out how much to charge me that it was he was in my house

Terrible company. Their technician, in not so many words, told me he didn't want to come out and work today. In the most disinterested voice possible the technician said I'm going to charge you a 125$ fee for coming out today and there's a good chance I won't be able to fix it till Monday anyway so you should just wait. There was no interest in even trying to help me solve my problem.

From the representative on the phone to the technician Michael all were bery professional, friendly and prompt with the service, diagnosis and work done!

They act like they know what they're doing but yet my water heater still broken

Great company. I have used them for years. My technician Mike called arrived on time. He listened to what Services I needed. He was professional and explained what he was going to do. Very professional and he cleaned up after services provided. He came with the necessary supplies for the toilet repairs. When I asked him to check my concerns about the shower faucet he went and got the necessary parts and made that repair as well. Highly recommend Falcon plumbing and Mike. Thank you for a great job!

Waste of money and time. Poor diagnosis of the problem. My laundry presented a piping problem related to the the washer machine. The technician resolved with a quick fix. He didn't want to expend $1.25 to run the washer machine or wait 25 min (laundry cycle duration) to double check if the problem was resolved. Two weeks later, I had to call them back for the same problem... Not only they did not take responsibility on the guarantee, but the wanted to charge me again for the same job. Go figure!

We’ve been dealing with a plumbing issue for almost 2 weeks now without anyone being able to fix it. Justin came out and took care of it in under 30 minutes with no issues at all. Highly satisfied with my service and would request/ suggest Justin for any other plumbing issues in the future!

The supply line on my toilet broke last night and the valve did not care to turn off the water. The bathroom was flooding. I called many places that were 24 hour plumbers and was told they couldn't show until the next day. Called Falcon Plumbing and they said they'd be here in an hour. They got here in 30. Fixed a bunch of problems with this stupid custom toilet the previous homeowner put in this bathroom. Guy was super nice and quick. 100% would recommend again a thousand times.
