I called and they came right away. Ariel put in new shut off valves and did a nice job and was clean and neat.

Over the past several years I've used Hernandez Plumbing a few times and am always happy with outcome. Enrique answered my call and was able to find someone to come out on a holiday weekend. He always sends someone that is knowledgeable, VERY professional and they've even taught me preventative maintenance. I'm not usually one to write reviews but for those of you that dread dealing with a grumpy, condescending repairman in your home, I highly recommend Hernandez Plumbing.

I had a leak underneath a sink in my home. I called Hernandez Plumbing to come out and see what the problem was. First off, they spoke English which is a plus as my Spanish is not very good. Secondly, they came out the same day, was very professional, on time, and fixed the leak without any problems. The owner even called me afterwards to make sure everything looked good, I was satisfied, and that the leak was fixed accordingly. Couldn't possibly be happier with this company 5/5 stars and I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

My whole experience with Hernandez Plumbing from calling for service to technicians arriving at my house was exceptional. I contacted Hernandez Plumbing as a second opinion of sorts since the first plumber was unable to find all leaks in my house. My technicians Youanis and Jorge were very professional and knowledgeable! less than 15 minutes in, Youanis explained to me where the possible leaks were at and he felt confident that the repairs would correct and stop the leak. The same day I approved the repairs and the work was done within a few hours! I have never been so happy and appreciative that my meter stopped!!! From the moment that I called Hernandez Plumbing, they have been nothing but amazing. Through the years I have had multiple issues with my pipes, this last incident happened in the late afternoon right before Thanksgiving. I have never dealt with a more competent, organized and communicative company. Throughout the whole process of unclogging, running cameras, adding dehumidifiers, and fans, they have been great. They would schedule a time when they would arrive, confirm the day before and then also confirm within the hour of the appointment. If by any chance they were running late, they would call to gives us the heads up. This company has impressed us in so many ways, I would hands down recommend them. I would also like to specifically point out Steven, who is the individual that keeps would keep us informed step by step, he is absolutely great, and a very hard working employee.

I called for an estimate on a Monday, for a building right near Doral. Was told the plumber would come out Tuesday to see what needed to be done.
They came out that Tuesday, and saw the job to be done. We were told that within 24 hours we'd get an estimate. None came.
I called Wednesday. Told to be patient. Nothing.
Called Friday. Told it would be forthcoming. Nothing.

No email or call, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday (skipped Thursday as it was Thanksgiving Day).

After desperately calling a few other companies, I came across Hernandez Plumbing and couldn't have been happier I did. You see we noticed a leak in our master bathroom and started noticing that it was starting to run down to our 1st floor which worried & stressed us out as you can imagine. After speaking to the rep on the phone, they sent a team out to our house who were able to detect the origin of the leak, remediate the problem, and we ended up getting our pipes replaced which was by far the best decision made. The plumber and the entire crew were both respectful & professional. After doing different projects in our home, never would we have thought of the importance of the pipes - just glad Hernandez Plumbing was able to come to our rescue, literary!

Emir and Tony came out to my home in Plantation FL to figure out where the leak in our plumbing was located. We have concrete slab foundation and I was very worried we would need to dig a hole in the concrete. I also expected for the leak detection to take hours. They detected the leak and cut off the water to that specific pipe with in an hour. Tony went over the remediation with me and I am so relieved both Emir and Tony are true professionals and know what they are doing. Our water heater stopped working so we got a recommendation from relatives who had work done by this company a few years ago. We called yesterday and they were able to send someone straight away. Zamir Z. arrived within our scheduled time slot, but before that he was very communicative with letting us know when he would arrive, not that he needed to because we received a text message with a link to track his location, his name and picture, his destination (so we knew he had the right address), as well as his rating (5 out of 5). It really gave us peace of mind. When he arrived, he looked over the broken tankless water heater, did the troubleshooting necessary to see if he could get it to work again, and when that didn't pan out, he clearly outlined what our options and next steps were. He was equipped with a company provided tablet, so no messy paperwork, it was all done and paid for digitally, and the email was received quickly after with the invoice and photos he took. Today, the new tankless water heater that we chose was supposed to be delivered to their location, but this wasn't possible for some reason. Zamir personally picked it up and arrived at our home right on time (yes, we did get another text message to track his location). He is very quick and efficient, and he even took the time to answer questions on other plumbing work we are planning on doing. Regarding the company, we love their website and how well organized they are. We can tell that a lot was invested by the founders to get to this point and it was very worth it! We are very happy with our decision to have hired Hernandez Plumbing Co. Thank you and thank you Zamir!

Excellent Job! They changed all my plumbing (drain and water supply) I had old cast iron and it was completely replaced. They also helped replaced the water supply with Copper piping. They came to my house everyday from 9am-5:30pm to work until the project was completed.

HPC came out and removed and installed a water heater. They did a clean job and were able to come out very next day. Highly recommended.

They recently replaced my shower pan and upgraded my whole shower. I highly recommend their service, they give you options as to how you want your product done. They make sure you are satisfied with your bathroom before they send you the invoice.

The toilet in our warehouse was clogged and water was flooding our warehouse. I called them in a panic and they arrived about 15 minutes after my call. They were quick at assessing the issue and repairing the problem.

Communication and timeliness is lacking. I am not sure why their rating is so high based upon my experience with them thus far.

We discovered a small leak under one of our kitchen sinks this morning, called Hernandez Plumbing and they were here by 2 PM. And they updated us on their route an hour before arriving. Emir showed, very polite and went straight to work. He was in and out. He discovered the issue quickly and fixed it. Even though the other sink next to it was not having an issue, he wanted to check it just to make sure, which is great. Other plumbers would just look at one issue and not take in account the sink next to it. This is probably the 3rd time I use Hernandez Plumbing and they are honestly great. Respond pretty quickly and everyone is very polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

I had 2 running toilet@ that were only a few years old. They insisted that the whole toilet needed to be replaced. For $700.00+ a piece. They installed the cheapest toilet $67.00 i looked up the number on the box it came in.2 says later i had problems with the toilet backing up and they would come out for $200.00. I am disgusted with this rip off. The toilets only need to be changed inside. We see elderly and they took advantage of us!
I am adding to my original review. After much deliberation I was refunded a portion of the money. Also rgebecessary repairs were made and fixed cosmetically as well. The supervisor did try to rectify the situation.
I did Google rebrand toilet gerber with the model number and it was $67.00.
In the end we get it taken care of thanks to Tony the supervisor.

Had an issue with our gas water heater. A technician gave us a visit early October to investigate the issue, spent a few hours and was able to identify the root cause. Asked us to wait a few days for a quote, but didn't send it until 2 weeks after (October 18). Has been calling the office to schedule a repair appointment since (more than 45 days), and every time they promise a callback that never happens. Decided to use their service based on Google reviews, and never expected the frustration!

PHENOMENAL!!!! If you have to replace your pipe system and are dreading the process of choosing a company and the actual replacement process, do yourself a favor and choose Hernandez Plumbing. We had broken cast iron pipes and considered the possibility of doing pipe lining, but when we found out that the condition of our pipes was not a candidate for the lining and had to be replaced, we were worried about the having to break through our floors and where we would live for the time being. However, all that worrying was for no reason after seeing how Hernandez Plumbing are basically efficient, forward-looking artists! The process was top-notch, skilled, quick and as clean as possible. We were able to live comfortably in our home the whole time! We’ve seen other homes with a trench in their front yard for over 1.5 months, but ours was open and closed within about 2-3 days. The process to replace the pipes in our house was less than 2 weeks. After that was just to re-tile and replace some pieces of drywall. This company has incredible leadership. I want to give a HUGE thank you to Rafael, Marlon and the ENTIRE team! Thank you so much for making such a nerve-wracking process a complete breeze (even with permits and inspections). I’d like to thank myself for researching non-stop to find an amazing company (THE company!), haha. THANK YOU!!!

DO NOT USE. Called to schedule a plumber for my parents last week. Appointment confirmed for yesterday. At 3pm no plumber had shown. I called the company and was told they had a delay with a prior job and would have to reschedule for next week! I said this was not acceptable. The lady said she would call me back- no calls received. This company is unprofessional and has no respect for customer’s time. I picked this company based off reviews and am truly disappointed.

We had an issue that needed further attention...I can honestly say that they took care of the problem immediately. Not only did the plumber come back but the owner did as well to assist. My home was built in 1946 and the original cast iron pipes, both the water and sewer lines required replacement. I also decided that it was time to do a bathroom renovation to modernize the space.

I am always very weary and reluctant to start such large projects in Miami without doing my due diligence and research.

I completed the necessary research in May of 2021 and following receipt of three (3) bids, I decided to go with Hernandez Plumbing based off information obtained from the Better Business Bureau (A+ rating), long history in the industry, on-line reviews and from their on-site visit to my home.

My point of contact from start to finish of the project was an incredible guy, Mr. Marlon Merlo. Marlon and his team were 100% always on time, 100% professional and did an amazing job. When I say that they treated my home as if it was their own, they truly did. And the craftsmanship of the bathroom renovation speaks for itself. I decided to go with glass tile which is not so easy to install. Luckily for me, Hernandez Plumbing has a true artist in their tile guy. His work speaks for itself - please see attached pics.

The required permits were pulled and closed successfully without any issues. The end result speaks for itself.

We had a kitchen renovation done with a new faucet and disposable installed.
The night before Thanksgiving, I put potato peels down the disposal and the water backed up at us. It was after hours and I was able to get a hold of the original installer, Ariel Rodriguez. Hernandez Plumbing is an excellent company. I was responsible for my aunts house for four years in Miami. With it being 50+ years old, the plumbing of the house was old and had serious problems. From the septic tank backiups to the kitchen pipe leaks, to blockages within the pipes, Hernandez Plumbing was there for me. They fix the problems and worked on preventing future issues. Amazing service. House water main valve was not working properly. Called Hernandez Plumbing, Daniel arrived to my house within 45 minutes. He was able to replace the valve and had water back in my house in no time. Highly recommend. If I have any other issues I will be calling them.

Great service. Called on a Monday morning for a broken pipe outside my home. They initially told me early afternoon was the first appointment, but came even faster than expected. Danny Navarro was our technician. He was excellent. Knowledgeable, quick, and professional. They referred us to Total Care Restoration for leak detection and once it was found, that same day, Marlon came over to check the damage, gave me a reasonable quote and the next day had the burst pipe replaced in just a few hours. So glad to have found Hernandez plumbing, we had a pipe burst in outside our home. Within one hour of calling they came to assess the problem. They stopped our water so that we would not be charged an arm and a leg by the water company. Following day, they completed the job so could come back home to use our water supply. Had a tenant reach out with constant back ups in my back studio that kept happening a few time a year. Turns out, after the plumber ran a sewer camera, the pipe had a back pitch and needed to be fixed. They installed a new pipe in 1 day and very easy smooth process. Worked with Ariel on an emergency water line repair. He was quick and responsive and got the job resolved within 2 hours. Super grateful.

We discovered a leak in the wall (after finding water on the floor). We called but at the time of day (and with the Tropical Storm that had just passed) they could not find a plumber to come out. We opened the wall and did a temporary patch. Emir Barban came out first thing this morning. He worked very quickly and professionally. Given Covid-19 he was wearing a mask and even put on shoe covers. He not only did the repair job of our leaky pipe but he also cleaned up after himself and left everything better than it was before. Plastic water line that connects from cold water pipe to the refrigerator for water dispenser/ ice machine was leaking under sink kitchen cabinet. I decided to eliminate the tee connection as I never use the water dispenser on my refrigerator door. Zamir was professional, friendly, quick, timely and knowledgeable. Foul odor was detected around the area of my one piece toilet and the clear caulk between the toilet and the floor was loose. Upon plumber's arrival (Yovani Cruz), it was determined that the 1 5/8 inch gap space between the back of the toilet tank and the wall was most likely the source of the problem as someone may have leaned back against the tank, lifting it from the front (much like a rocking chair). The toilet was removed and the plumber found that one of the two plastic screws that secured the toilet to the flange was cracked. Both screws were removed and replaced with metal ones; the area was thoroughly cleaned; a new wax ring was placed over the flange and the toilet reinstalled. Plastic shims were used to level it properly and grout instead of caulking was used this time to seal the seat to the floor. I was advised not to use it for 48 hours to allow for proper grout cure. I proceeded to purchase not 2 but 4 tank braces to fill the gap between the tank and the wall to avoid any movement in case someone reclines against it. Plumber also provided great maintenance tips. Good work!

What impressed me most about Hernandez Plumbing was their sense of responsibility and professionalism.They were to replace water heaters located in a condo within a high rise building. It was the sense of responsibility shown by them on the day of the installation that convinced me I had chosen the right company.

On that day, they chose professional responsibility over financial gain. Having found that the building’s main water valves, responsible for shutting off all water in an emergency, were old and no longer reliable, they did what others before them had turned a blind eye to, they didn’t proceed.

It was that honesty that prompted the building’s Board of Directors to investigate the possible problem and remedy it. The building now has main water valves which can be depended on in case of a water emergency.

In addition to the above, my experience with this company has been exceptional, from start to finish, from the company’s supervisor, Tony Toledo, who provided a very reasonable estimate for the job, to the installers, Danny and Zamir, who were both efficient and hard working throughout, and to Jennifer, my go-to contact person, always a friendly and helpful voice on the phone, whenever I needed answers regarding news of when the installation might be rescheduled; the delay totally dependent on the replacement of the building’s main water valves.

Sorry for this lengthy review but my intention was to impress on anyone that might need this company’s services, that, based on my personal experience with them, you would be hard pressed to find a more honest, professional company with fair prices.

We were having pressing toilet issues (both bathrooms no less). I used Google search and then scheduling just before 8am. We got a call just after 8am to confirm our request. The extremely personable and professional, Zamir (magnificent name), arrived just after 9am. WOW - in South Florida this has never been my experience!!! Zamir took the time to explain the process from basic solution all the way up to removing the toilets. Very thorough indeed but at a layman's level so that even this chef would understand. The basic level was all it took - my wallet says thank you. Afterwards, Zamir explained what the problem was, how to prevent it in the future and a future solution for 99% ridding the problem once and for all. Bravo!!! Highly and without reservation recommended for all!!! In my world I would rate Zamir at 10-10-10...10's across the board!!! However, 5 is the max so that's all you get!!! Will definitely say that Zamir and Hernandez Plumbing Co. is now our family's personal plumbers.

Ariel came and was very informative and diligent. I have had other plumbers come and we’re not as courteous. I would recommend anyone to Hernandez plumbing and ask for Ariel.

I called them after doing a DIY replacement of the faucet. Unfortunately, there were unforeseen problems that I could not find a YouTube video on how to resolve them. I have contacted Hernandez Plumbing in the past to resolve other issues, so I scheduled the call. When Emir the tech arrived I explained the situation and immediately he addressed the issue and was able to replace the old supply valves which were inadequate for the new supply lines. The cost was a bit much, but the house plumbing for the bathroom sink was circa 1970's. Therefore, the cost was justifiable.

We own a few units and our plumber had retired. In the midst of finding a new plumber to work with we made several calls and Hernandez plumbing was responsive and onsite (even outside of their coverage) in a timely manner to fix an overflowing toilet. They delivered their service professionally and, most importantly, in a timely manner. Very happy with their service.

He also ran a camera down the stack and identified a break in one of the pipes that will need to be repaired. Hernandez Plumbing has been servicing my house for over 30 years.
Two weeks ago, I needed to replace the kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and unclog a bathtub. Carlos Garcia, the assigned plumber, did an excellent job. When he realized the disposal I had bought had a wrong part, he called Anthony Toledo, one of the supervisors, who went above and beyond the call of duty to bring the proper part to complete the installation.

This time the plumber arrived and with minimal looking spent most of his time talking about submitting claims with my homeowners insurance for re-piping the house. Then told me I needed to have their leak detection company over to find the leak... so he left. The leak detection person arrived, mentioned about filing insurance claim, and quoted me $1380 to look for the leak (repair is separate)... but talked to his boss and was able to bring it down to $900. I felt like I was talking to used car salesman. I sent them home. My wife and I did a quick inspection of the exterior of the house, found a major wet spot, called Robert's Plumbing, they broke open the wall and bingo, found the leak. I recommend staying away... this is not the same company from earlier reviews.

This company and their plumber Emir and his assistant were good. First of all, they were able to come to the property on a short notice which was great. They were late as they got delayed by previous job, however it was worth the wait as they stayed up really late to make sure our emergency leak is fully repaired. They fixed it all up, took photos and it was done without even me being there. Hands down one of the best plumber I have ever dealt with. Thank you, Emir!!!

I called Hernandez Plumbing to install a Flo by Moen automatic shut off valve. I live in a townhouse. I was looking for a way to protect from possible leaks while i was away. I had heard about the Flo by Moen valve so I had Hernandez Plumbing install it. They did a great job with this complicated job I could'nt trust to just anyone. They sent Emir (plumber) to the job. He was timely and called before he arrived. He cleaned and prepped the area before he started work. Overall great job!!!! thank you!!!!
