Luis silot is probably the BEST plumber I have ever seen. He has many decades of experience. He installed a new toilet and put in a toilet seat on another one for me. He was on time, didn’t rip me off, was informative, motivated, and worked hard. I don’t want to say how long it took but it was an expected amount and he didn’t run the clock for more money.

Job well done by technician. Only reason they are getting a 4 star and not 5 star is because they ordered the wrong pan (round as opposed to square).

Contacted company which is being used by Home Depot, for no response. My water heater was leaking 7 days before christmas and I needed it fixed. A business is successful if you have good staff. This staff was rude right out the gate, Kaitlyn. I sent in pictures request and never got a quote. Called Home Depot for another company and they assured me I would be contacted. New Years eve still nothing! I got Peters Plumbing and it was fixed in one day! Don't waste your time with Douglas Orr Plumbing.!

Randy Morales came out within the time frame . He did what needed to be done, he did it swiftly, quickly resolved a little bump in the road, and kept my rate based on time to a fair charge. Couldn’t be happier with this company and this technician.

Had a great experience! Very professional staff and plumber was very knowledgeable!

I was refer to this vendor by my condo association to have my water heater serviced. The thermostat relay was being constantly triggered. Plumber came on the same day, run and explained several tests done to diagnose the issue. The thermostat were replaced with original State parts and the heater went back to normal. Good trustworthy service!

Douglas Orr Plumbing... 6 months, 6 plumbers, many, many phone calls, to fix a leak in the toilet and the part that needed to be changed has still not been changed. They say they can come again but we will have to pay (again) because the warranty has expired. Apparently, the warranty expires even though they never fixed the problem in the first place. That's not how a warranty works.
Do yourself a favor and do not use their services.

I had Cesar come to my house in Miami Springs. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He unclogged my garbage disposal and was very professional. Then he went to my bathroom and replaced my flapper. Thanks to Caesar, now my garbage disposal and toilet are working fine. I was going to have a new garbage disposal installed, but Caesar told me it did not warrant replacement and saved me $134.00. I’m very happy with Caesar. He was great!

Outstanding support and knowledge

I have had several bad experiences with this company, and still decided to give them a second chance and well, lesson learned.
Besides the extremely high pricing, their customer service department is all over the place, not trained, and overall incompetent. After two calls and several emails, I finally got a response after 5 days, to which I am initially met with being interrupted while I'm speaking and just the worst attitude.
I can't stress this enough. Do not call this company.

Wonderful! My hot water heater died and my building recommended Douglas Orr Plumbing. They are very professional. Andrea in customer service was fantastic, very nice, smart and responsive. The plumber Dovel came over and couldn't have been nicer, (spoke good english) and did not make a mess at home. I highly recommend this company as I was pleasant surprised at the high level of customer service!

From the call to making the appointment to getting the work done all was carried out very efficiently.The plumber arrived on time he was courteous and did a really great job in sorting out and replacing the two ball valves and bibbs.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this extremely dishonest company! Their reps do not bother to listen to your issue thoroughly during the initial call but instead simply want to ask for your credit card information to charge you $160! Stay away stay away stay away! Many other reputable companies out there that will give you their HONEST prices from the beginning and actually explain to you what is being charged!!

I explained to them over the phone that my water heater was having issues and would cut off causing the hot water to stop running hot and display a code 13 error! I explained I had a video that I could send them, but instead they advised they would need to send someone out and it would be $160 for the first hour and $120 thereafter because the tech would need to do a checklist of items to try and locate the issue! I said OK let’s go ahead and schedule the appointment. They proceeded to ask me for my credit card and said it was to make sure I kept the appointment!

Day of the appointment the tech came out and was here for a total of 10 minutes (they are saying his GPS advised 30 minutes which was absolutely not true maybe he was outside for 20 minute but not in my home). The tech comes inside leans against my washer and tells me to show him what the issue is. Unfortunately I could not get the water heater to display the issue and stop working right away but the tech did not allow more then 10 minutes before he said welp, if you can’t get it to work there’s nothing I can do. Honestly all I am going to do is see what error code it’s displaying call the manufacturer advise them of the error code order the part and then come back.” He then states, “HONESTLY YOU CAN DO THIS YOURSELF YOU DONT NEED ME FOR THAT, NOT SURE WHY IM HERE. Once you get the part call us back and we will come back out.” He then proceeds to leave and 24 hours later I have $160 charge? Ridiculous!!! I told the initial call rep exactly what was happening but instead of her actively listening she wanted to jump on the opportunity to charge my card!

I called to explain my concern and was treated with attitude and unprofessionalism! They would not allow me to even speak! I advised them to kindly go F*** themselves and I would simply dispute it with my credit card! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They never advised me the $160 was a service call charge! What was the point of sending a tech out if all he was going to do is call the manufacturer and order a part? So they wanted to charge me $160 and then when the part comes another $160? He did not check anything, absolutely nothing just simply waited by the water heater to see what error code it would display and when 10 minutes passed and it continued to work he left….if I had an hour why didn’t he wait the remaining 50 minutes? Dishonest business practices, terrible company!!!

They performed a leak test for me, concluded that it was a shower pan leak because they saw water on the floor when they opened up the bottom of the floor on the opposite side of the shower wall, recommended that I redo the entire bathroom and report the claim to my insurance company. I wasn't convinced because they wouldn't and didn't know how to perform a hydrostatic test. We eventually opened up the walls, turns out it was the shower diverter leaking. They also reset a toilet for me, less than 6 months later, it's wabbling. Worst plumber ever. Really seems like they're looking for issues or trying to create issues so that you have to report an insurance claim.

The prompt manner which Douglas Orr responded to my emergency situation, took my household from a very uncomfortable situation back to normal. The professionalism exhibited by their staff from receptionist to plumber let me k now that I was dealing with real professionals.

I have used Doug Orr for the past 15 years, and I only have great things to say about them. When dealing with clogged drain pipes I know I can call, count on them to show up quickly and do quality work the first time. They have not failed me once in the past 15 years. I highly recommend them.

Very poor customer service ability. If.you have an emergency try another company. The day my water heater exploded and the water was ruining my valuables and internals of my house I called them for help and they wanted to charge me arm and limb to come out to do the service and I only wanted to stop the water so It wouldn't fill up my house with water; right ? This is common sense. They couldnt just help me resolve the simple issue. All they concerned about is the $$$. So I got annoyed and called another company and they walked me thru the simple process of turning off the cut-off valve so the water heater wouldn't be gushing water anymore and it literally took two seconds to resolve. They didn't even worry about $$$. All they wanted to do was help me. Because Douglas ORR was so difficult to give a resolution to the problem, I went to sears to get the job done and it was like 80% cheaper than Douglas ORR. Problem solved.
They have also did a horrible job with installing the pump which had broke due to the poor installation job they originally done due to lazyness. Usually when a company installs a pump they usually bolt it down to prevent unnecessary vibration which causes further damage to your foundation also causes a very loud noise which resonates thru out the house hold. Because of the lack of concern the vibrations caused a leak between the pump and the intake and I had a huge leak in another part of my house and I called them out to finally resolve the vibration from the pump and fix the leak which was very minor. But they still failed to bolt down the pump after I had already asked then to fix the problem. It took them 5 hours to repair a simple connection that i could of completes in maby 2 hours. Also they guy had to leave the job site for who knows what and comes back to continue working. From my life experience and working in the irrigation industry; perhaps I'm wrong but when someone Calls a company for service in the plumbing industry don't they usually carry the simple connections and brackets and common bolts and things they need so they don't have to leave the job site?

God bless those who want to have a headache just to have someone help you resolve a simple problem.

Fast reliable Plummers. I was able to get same day appointment.

From the first call to the end of the installation everyone was very profecional and helpful.

Jose came to the house about 4 weeks ago, to give an estimate. He came out, but never sent a quote.

I called several times the following weeks, but never did get the estimate for the job. Today I called to get a new estimate (I now have 2 in hand), and the scheduler wanted my credit card for an estimate.

But, I NEVER GOT THE LAST ONE, and wasn't charged, and now you want a credit card. -So Sorry, we won't be doing business, and I can't recommend them. Especially after they forgot about me last time. & Who charges for an estimate? (This is a 9-$10k job).

The staff was very friendly. The technicians extremely knowledgable and helpful and on time!! Very hard to find now a days. I highly recommend them.

Completely disrespectful manager and employees without any respect towards their clients. They disrespected me and when I explained that my shower wasn't working for the second time after THEY FIXED it THE MANAGER, which is supposed to provide SOLUTIONS told me that it was my fault and that SHE WOULD ASK ONE OF HER PLUMBERS TO SHOW ME HOW TO USE THE SHOWER.

As you can imagine, i was astounded by this response which is less than professional and very disrespectful. This manager shows nothing but the low quality work that this company offers. I would never recommend this plumbing company to anyone.

Angel from Douglas Orr arrived at 9am, just like the company said he would. He took the time to explain what he would be doing, and got down to work. He consulted with me about the work and charges beforehand so there were no surprises. He was able to save me some money as he had a part in the van, so he didn't need to replace the plumbing for my toilet. Excellent work, thank you Angel and thank you Douglas Orr. The administration of the company were very helpful in finding the proper water heater. They also took care of all the permits required to change and install the new heater in a time record. I had the heater installed and running in less than 48 hours. The contractor worked superbly and I can’t be thankful enough to have warm water back. Thanks for your help and congratulations for the staff you have.

Terrible Customer Service, La Sra. ANDREA es una falta de respeto ya que queria cobrarnos 2 horas de labor cuando en realidad se trabajo una hora y treinta, ya que la persona con el repuesto no habia llegado, tuve que hablar muy fuerte para no permitir el abuso, nunca nos informaron sino el precio de la parte ya que ya habiamos pagado labor por el diagnostico del servicio. Ademas no cumplieron en la hora acordada ni el dia y luego enviaron al plomero paga que pagaramos por esperarnos cuando habian dicho que llegaban a 12m Me encargare de informarlo en Home Depot ya que ellos nos dieron su contacto, Terrible experiencia. Logramos solucionar x que le dijimos al plomero que le bien sabia que habia empezado a las 10:50 am ya que la parte no la tenia entonces como nos cobraba si no podia trabajar.

My technician's name was David rodriguez. David was very professional. I met him at the door and he was wearing aasl. He worked very quickly and and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again and recommend this company to anyone else and the technician David as well!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst plumbing company in Miami! They came to fix a shower and not only they didn't fix it, but also increased the water pressure in all of the apartment and charged us multiple times for a problem they didn't fix and one they created!! Extremely unprofessional.

Thank you guys so so much! Having a plumbing issue in the middle of summer is the last thing someone needs but you guys came through and saved my life lol and for a great price! And i gotta say thank you to Andrea for getting on the drivers too make sure someone was dispatched out to my house in under an hour. When you have an issue like the one I had timing is everything and she got them there quick!!

Douglas Orr Plumbing has resolved quite a few issues in my home. My kids flushed a toy down the toilet, they came out and unclogging it immediately! I called over the weekend and a plumber on call came out right away!

Very disappointed in Orr. Overall grade: VERY POOR. They are the only plumbers my association allows owners to use, even though they’re more expensive than the average plumber. I recently had a leak coming from the unit above, and they came several times to my unit, but the story would be the same. I would see the leak, Orr plumbing would come out, spend a couple of hours there, hand me an invoice and leave. Like the movie “Groundhog Day” the leak would come back that same night. This went on and on for over a week. Finally, the property manager, went upstairs, splashed some water around, and the found the leak 10 mins later. It was due to due to bad caulking. Such a simple problem. Why didn't they pick that up?
Stay away from Orr. If your Condo Association has a contract with them, cancel it. They’ll just treat you as a “cash cow.”

Excellent and extremely quick service! Repaired our air conditioner immediately and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!!

Professional and on time service

Fantastic service, especially from Angel who went above and beyond to help fix a blocked drain/sewer line. He was professional, knowledge, and communicated throughout the process so there were no surprises when the bill came. Angel made the best out of an unpleasant situation for us. Very professional!

The sink in our bathroom sink was clogged, at first the water was just taking a long time to go down until one day it just stopped. My husband tried everything he could to get it working properly, but nothing worked. We had let the clog build up for so long we never realized and how big of a problem we actually had until I found a leak in our sink cabinet. I called Douglas Orr and spoke with Andrea and explained to her my problems. Next thing I know she is sending a plumber over to my house that very same day. Andrea was such a delight to talk too and very patient with me. I will definitely be recommending to my friends with pluming needs.

, we normally use Douglass Orr Plumming. Today our tech Thomas Marshall was extremely professional, and persistent on making sure the issue we had in our restaurant was fix. He made sure he was not going to give up until he found what the problem was and reassure me he was to fix it. I just want to said Kudos to Thomas, because he was successful.. we had use other companies to try and fixed but were not successful.. thank you Thomas and Douglass Plumming. I highly recommend.

THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I felt something was wrong when they required a credit card to make an appointment. Never fixed the problem they were hired to do, charged 400.00 to my credit card. When I tried to fight it they refused. I offered to pay 100.00 the refused. They even charged me for PARKING fees!

Called Douglas Orr today with some questions regarding my water heater. was told to email pictures of my current water heater, was extremely surprised with how quickly they got back to me with a quote. awesome service!

Had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and called Douglas Orr among a few other companies. They were the fastest to respond to my message and the customer service provided was amazing. Initial contact was with Mary T. She was very good and contactacted hoa and took care of all that smoothly.

Then Cesar D. came to the house and changed water heater and performed other work. He is very meticulous with his work and I am impressed by how clean the work was performed.

I almost did not called Douglas Plumbing due to some negative reviews and I'm glad I did called them. I called on a Wednesday, they gave me the option for two different days, Thursday from 10-2 or Friday at 9AM. We confirmed for Friday at 9AM, I got a follow up call on Thursday, they arrived on time Friday, called me to advise they were waiting for security to assign parking. Even though we didn't had an actual problem with the PRV ( fault of our administration) they couldn't been nicer, if it was another company they would have replaced it and charged me just because we don't know any better (has happened in the past) the person still cleaned our faucets and explained to us what was wrong. Customer service was extremely helpful and nice the 3 times I spoke with them, people should be very careful when writhing negative reviews and be fair. I have had in the past horrible experience with other plumbing companies in Miami and this was a pleasure working with them. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

Taylor did a great job on Sunday to snake a clogged sewer line. We have used Orr in the past over the years. At the end of the day, you want someone who will show up and get the job done. Orr Plumbing did that today!

Set up an appointment with the Home Depot to have a tankless water heater install. The Home Depot assigned D/O as the vendor for my project. The Home Depot instructed me to contact the vendor for faster service. I waited till the next morning to be contacted. They called and sent an email early in the morning. I tried to call them but the calls go to voicemail. I replied to the email and was quoted for an electric tankless water heater. I explained that I have a gas water heater. She replied that she didn’t know much about gas tankless water heaters but gave me a price range of between $2000 and $3000 for the job. She said her estimator would have to come out to give me a better quote. I agreed and was told the estimator would call me in the morning. 2 days have past without any contact from this company. All communication is documented and by email. I will be making a formal complaint with Home Depot corporate as well and will attempt to make the owners of Douglass Orr pluming aware of this.

The plumbers that came out explained everything to me as then went through the diagnosis of the leak that I had. The problem was easy for them to find while the company I had out first, better known for drains, missed it completely.

Try avoiding this company. They make invoices out of nowhere and charge you for what they want. Job estimated with this company was $1800 that ended costing me $100 with other company. Beaware!!!!

Pay them $200 to come out and check my water heater, which is broken and they can't even provide me an estimate quote to fix within 48hrs. It's now 72hrs later and still waiting for it. On hold with them multiple times to follow up with no avail. Customer service rep Mary Jo Trible is the ugliest person I have spoken with on the phone. Not friendly, not accountable, not reliable.

I have been using this company for years because their service has always been pretty good. However, recently they mishandled a call and as a long term customer I called the company to discuss the situation with the customer service manager Vicki. I was very dissatisfied with the intransigent, argumentative, combative and stubborn attitude that Vicki had. I find it odd that such a seemingly good company would (I assume) knowingly have a person with these traits as their customer service representative. Now, despite the years of good work that the company did, I will no longer use Douglas Orr plumbing because I know if there is ever an issue, they are not a company that deals reasonably with their customers (at least judging from my own personal experience). Suggestion: change Vicki's title to Customer Disservice Manager....as she did a disservice to both her employer and me. David Koss

An excellent, professional and responsive company with skilled plumbers.

I've had excellent, responsive service from Douglas Orr, everything from replacing a hot water heater, to replacing old cast iron plumbing pipes. Most recently they completed a significant replacement of old plumbing pipes. We had been out of town for the summer, and after using the second floor shower discovered substantial water damage in our dining room. Chris, from Douglas Orr promptly came to our house, and after helping move furniture, etc. he asked permission to cut an access hole into the leaking ceiling so he could identify the issues. He discovered cracks and rusted out portions of old plumbing pipes. We both agreed that the problem required major surgery to replace the affected pipes. We then agreed on the portion of the ceiling that needed removal and I had a carpenter handle the demo work. Douglas Orr then promptly scheduled the plumbing work that needed repair, gave me an agreed upon fixed price quote for time and materials. Chris and a helper returned and completed the work in the time estimated, and not only completed it professionally but made extra efforts to protect our furniture, floors, etc.; clean up after each day, and on completion of the job gave me a detailed review of what had been accomplished. Their work area was completely cleaned at the end of the job, and a few days after completion Chris called to confirm that the work had been repaired to my satisfaction.

I greatly appreciated the quality of service, the prompt service, the full explanation of what needed to be done, and the extra care in dealing with our furnishings.

The worst plumbing company i have ever had to deal with. Original inspection of the issue took place on a Saturday where i was charged a ridiculous amount for overtime. The plumber suggested i should purchase the individual parts from Home Depot as it would be more efficient then ordering the parts. After doing that i had to wait approximately 4 days for the companies so called estimator to send me an estimate of the total repairs which consisted of 3 bullet points. After approving that we scheduled an appointment for 9 am they arrived at 10 only to leave after 10 minutes because they were not fully equipped and came unprepared. They then came back after 5 hours late to the original appointment and did not finish the job. They basically up and vanished after completing 1/3 of the job and i had to call the service center where they gave me the corporate run around. Will never use their services again. I don't blame the individual plumbers, i blame the company as a whole for its lack of professionalism.

Good Service

I had great service from them. My water heater went out and Jose in the office arranged prompt replacement. Angel did a fantastic job doing the work. He was prompt, they called to let me know when he would be at my home and again when they were 10 minutes away. Great job and he cleaned up very well afterwards.

I had great experiences with Douglas Orr plumbing. I got to know them from repair and installation projects sent by Home Depot. They are very responsive, communicative, punctual, professional and take pride and dedication in their work. Especially, Mary Jo, who is a coordinator for the projects helped me greatly and professionally during the entire projects. She sent over good plumbers especially Fernando, who has more than 20 years of plumbing experience did excellent job of installing, cleaning, instructing and giving advises. I had a clogged toilet which happens every once in a while. They sent out a service man named Harry ( who never knocked on any door to make us aware that he had arrived). I found him trying to open an abandoned outlet and I told him he had to go on the roof to snake the leak which is what is done every time for years. He refused to get on the roof and proceeded to use the outlet by the street. Though it worked for a day after he left I was forced to call on a Saturday for an emergency as he did not use the correct form. He also charged me for an hour and half and explained he had to drive from Weston to get here (something I was never charged before.) The gentleman that came on Saturday went to the roof and did clear is once again and all is fine now a couple of days later and over $500 this time. I called Eddie. the service manager, and he said out of the $800 he would discount 120 though i wanted to split the difference (over 400 dollars), he refused, but that was because Harry shouldn't have charged me for travel in the first place and probably not letting you know he is there helps with his defense. This was once a fine fair company that we always depended on but will now look for another business in the area. What a shame.

Absolutely the most expensive, worst value experience I've ever had. Called them for a backed up pipe. They quoted me $400, because they offered to take video of the problem to see exactly what it was. I reluctantly agreed. Got a call from the plumber when the problem was corrected. Three days later there was a charge of $843 on my credit card. Called them several times, and was finally told they were waiting for a VP to get back in town, and they would get back to me the next day. I'm still waiting! In the meantime, I initiated a dispute through my credit card company and was issued a conditional credit, but because I was never provided with an invoice or any other documentation from Douglas Orr for the charge, they had no basis for negotiation.
This was not my first disappointing experience with Douglas Orr. It was, however, the most blatantly unprofessional, and the last in a series.

Terrible, the guy did not have the parts for the instalación , he said that he need to take a photo to see what was need it, i did not feel very confortable, my impresión was that he did no know what he was doing, so i kindly let him know that i want to use a diferent company, he was not very happy about ....so he put me in the phone with some one in customer service, the lady was nice and polite and told me that sometimes they do not have the parts.The next day i had a city inspector in my door.....some one has called.....no one except this guy has Boeing inside my house, i produce the documents so the problem was resolved......but this tells me what kind of guys are working for this company...... never will use them nor i will recomended......

After setting up a tankless water heater installation through Home Depot that was quite expensive these people left my house with a system that throws the breaker every time you turn on the hot water. One week later neither calls to this company nor Home Depot have resulted in call backs to resolve the situation.

Stay away. A plumbing company should be able to bring and install a water heater at most within a few days right?? But not this one. Their trucks keep getting flat tires. Again, stay away from this company.

I have never needed plumbing services before. However I purchased some flushable baby wipes which ended up being not so flushable and developed a huge plumbing issue in my condo. The issue was so bad the floor beneath me developed water damage to their restroom. I called Douglas Orr plumbing and they were amazing. Boris was the technician and he was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and the work was done efficiently. I was a little hesitant to proceed with a company that charges per hour because many companies take advantage and work as slow as molasses. However, this was not the case with this company. At one point, Boris thought he was going to have to remove the toilet but he attempted via the shower and was successful. What did he find.... the flushable baby wipes! I had a great experience and would truly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done.

They have been very helpful. The prices are falr because they don't waste time and will come out in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't had to wait more than a week, usually just a few days. Scheduled a day in advance. Plumber, Angel, decided not to come. I contacted customer service. Manager was incredibly rude.

Terribly overpriced $550 to fix a toilet. Could have put in a new one! Also had a leaky shower head neede new stem. Three weeks later and no call back they said the order was closed and everything was taken care of. There was no note on a leaky shower head or ordering stems. Still waiting for a callback from service.

Do not use these jokers. They will bill you 10x and not finish the job properly. They removed my sink disposal because they said it was in the weigh of my sink pipes. They also btriwd to bill me for their driving time, time to put together an invoice and talking to his wife. He then lied and said his wife, was someone at the office and was a nickname. He thought I couldn't understand Spanish. Stay away.

I called on a weekend and the person on the phone did not inform me of the price difference due to a weekend call. I had the water turned off and there was no flooding so it wasn’t a real emergency.
After they could not fix my issue after being here for hours, they only capped the pipe- I was then informed that the price per hour was almost doubled due to it being a Saturday.
I was left without a working shower and no hot water and even into the week and then was over charged from the original Plummer’s invoice. I feel Completely ripped off and I would not recommend them due to the leave out of price information at the time of the first call.

I couldn't recommend a better company, I had a leaking kitchen sink faucet, the plumber was able to repair it right away, he was in and out in under 1 hour.

I highly recommend this company because of their fast response, courteous service and professionalism. It was explained to me very clearly what the cost will be and when the plumber got to my house he gave me options before doing anything since my house has very old pipes.

This company is supposed to be the best in town, but had the worst experience. They sent out two technicians out to the job site on multiple occasion just to tell us that a special tool was needed. Technicians were not prepare and worst they charged us an astronomical amount of money for a job they could not fix. Eddy Villamil, service manager, has zero professionalism and tries to scam you in believing the job is more complicated than it is. Please be careful when hiring this company. We ended up fixing the issue ourselves with NO SPECIAL TOOLS!

I called because my house main shut off valve wasn't closing all the way. The tech disassembled, cleaned and reassembled the shut off valve and now it works great. The alternative was to chip out the valve, replace and patch the stucco - thanks for saving me time, money and aggravation!

I called this company for a very minor repair. They told me they charge $150 per hour.
They did pre-authorize my card which should have been my first clue.
I was initially told that I will be given 30 minute notice before plumber arrives. It was very important to me so I double checked that they would - they said yes of course
They did call me on the day of service and told me that the plumber is on his way and will be there in 30 minutes. I came to the lobby precisely in 30 minutes only to find the plumber already sitting there playing with his phone. He performed the repair and was out in 40 minutes. I asked him for the invoice. He said he doesn't deal with that and the office will send it to me right away.
24 hours later my card was charged for $463.50. No invoice, nothing. I called them. The woman on the phone (Christina) emailed me the invoice within 2 minutes (so they had it ready they just did not want to send it unless I call to complain). I saw that they charged me for 2 hours of plumbing work!!!! Plus parts!!! When I told them that the plumber was there for under 1 hour Christina actually said that they count the time from when the plumber is dispatched not when he arrives (yes these words actually came out of her mouth). I immediately requested to speak with supervisor. Zero response. I emailed the next day. Supervisor (Eddy Villamil) responded the following we are charging you for 2 hours. That's it. I emailed again explaining the situation. Zero response.
I did have text message exchange with the plumber who told me that he already arrived to the building by the time their dispatcher called me. He confirmed that in writing. So I basically paid $150 for their scheduling mistake
