Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto Rooter is a great company. Technician Julio(772) did an excellent job replacing the plumbing at our home. The work was very professional and clean. He and crew also followed all CDC guidelines and made sure they disposed of any contamenated items. Also, supervisor Carlos was extremely helpful and finding the best way to pay for the project. We will definitely use Roto Rooter again.

We had an excellent experience dealing with roto rooter this weekend. The team was efficient, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to restore our plumbing. We came home to a complete mess on a Friday evening and despite the fact that it was not only a holiday weekend the team was able to come late at night and early the following morning to help us address the problem and diagnose the underlying issue. As frustrating as the situation was, the team was very kind and considerate and genuinely extended themselves to help us to resolve the issue as soon as possible and they made sure we were informed and felt comfortable throughout the process. We had a leaky shower which we had previously called another plumbing company to fix but they messed up even more. :( Therefore, I looked through Google to find the best rated plumbing company. Super thankful for Khali. I had a lot of doubts due to previous experience with another company but Khali was very patient and was great at explaining the issue of our shower leak and how it was going to be fixed. Our shower is working great now, and I'm planning on calling this company again for any other plumbing issues I have in the future.

I scheduled Roto-Rooter plumbing with Andy to fix shower temperature, pressure and drain. He was able to come quickly and didn’t leave until the job was completed perfectly. Great service!!

I called this company for the property I we manage as a company. They told me they can send someone as soon as in an hour and we need to be there.
The person came 1.30 hrs late, plus they told me that they don't charge for coming and checking the problem. I asked two times to make sure they don't charge because I am calling the service for the homeowner, which makes me responsible.
After the person coming to the ENTRANCE, he said to go upstairs he needs to charge, they don't charge if they come outside of the building. It sounds like a SCAM. The service was very EXPENSIVE. The toilet was flushing slow, they fix the problem and charged $750 and we didn't have any choice since he will charge for just going upstairs.

Andy is a very responsible, professional and courteous worker. I have been dealing with other companies and had a very bad experiences.
He worked really hard , and when it was out of his power to solve the problem, Andy call his supervisor to evaluate the situation. Worked on his day off to help with the situation that lead to a bigger job .

Excellent and expeditious service. They came before the ETA, were courteous, explained everything in detail, and were transparent.

I called roto rooter to have a 32 year old water heater removed and a new one installed . Not only did Kat and hector show up on time but they showed up ready to work . They redid all the old plumbing with new copper , replaced my water shut off valves , and cleaned up after themselves as well within an hour or so I was ready to go . Couldn’t be happier . I would recommend Kat and hector to anyone who needs a plumber .

The plumber came to my home to repair a leaking toilet. He told me the approximate cost before he started the work. He repaired my leaking toilet. I was very pleased with his work. He answered any questions that I posed to him.

Very good. It was an emergency they came on time. Pedro did his job well.

Overcharging for a simple drain unclogging. Spent over an hour on a section of the house that was not clogged and when finally pinpointed the clogged location, they wanted to charge me extra. They were hired to do one job which is to unclog the drain of my house. They not only did not get it done but also wanted to charge more to finish what they already started. Plus, it was already $460+ for nothing and they demanded more?! Avoid them at all cost.

I worked with roto-rooter rep Rudy. He did an excellent job assisting me with resolving a clogged sanitary pipe, explaining additional issues with my cast-iron pipes, and giving me several options to consider in order to fix them at a later date. Overall, a great service experience.

I was originally disappointed with Roto rooter because my appointment was scheduled on a weekday for between 8am-12pm. They told me I was the second appointment of the day, but no one showed up and I had not received an update by 1 PM. I called them and when they called back, they couldn’t even tell me if or when they could send a person out to my house. By 4:45 PM I just canceled the appointment. However, I was be able to reschedule on a Saturday and I’m glad I did because the plumber they sent to my house, Kat F., was fantastic. She was professional and listened to me explain the frustrating problem that another company had failed to correct multiple times. Basically a plumber and therapist in one! The work I need done was not something she could do on the spot and required a special type of appointment, but she got everything set up for me quickly and was so nice and professional. Honestly, she deserves a raise because she totally restored my confidence in Roto rooter and it’s customer service!

Our toilet was starting to leak and as a homeowner, our immediate response was to freak out. We called Roto-Rooter and they had someone come to check it out immediately on a late stormy Saturday. It was our first time using their services and the experience was a great one. George (6778) was super polite, nice, and professional. He studied our situation, gave us a plan, and was able to unclog our toilet drain. I will definitely recommend this company and call them again if I need any plumbing solutions and if possible, request for George to help us out.

Had a 4 inch drain line replaced about 13 feet and they charge me $13,000 and to replace it. They showed up on time and yes they did the work quickly but I still don’t see how replacing a four-inch pipe. Equals two $13,000 I think it was way too high

We hire this company to unclog a unit in hallandale.
They never spoke with the management office to coordinate work they never sent insurance etc. They just show up and performed the job at the middle of the job they were stopped and kicked out of the building.
Not profesional people beside that they left a complete mess was dirty everywhere.

The technician Andy was incredibly helpful. Not only did he fix the issue, he took the time to explain how to check and fix it in the future. I was extremely impressed.

I used the service of roto rooter because they had good rating and were in miami beach. after the initial contact with the plumber and giving me a high quote they dragged my problem for 2 weeks. finally after they told me it will be more expensive and tried to raise the quote by another 100 dollars the plumber told me he could not do the work because it was too complicate for him. i called a plumber in miami recommended by my building. the plumber was a 20something year old boy. he fixed my problem in 10 minutes (the pieces in my shower needed some cleaning) for less than half the price quoted by roto rooter. don t use roto rooter. they are not good and expensive (my building management told me they were expensive as well).

Tech 3870 and Tech 772 were very helpful. They provided me excellent customer service and didn’t take advantage of me after I explained my situation. They walked me through every step and explained what might be needed going forward to prevent future mishaps like the one had, including budgeting in the jet cleaning every 12-18 months. Leo and Julio did an amazing job I would recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Very professional. Was very clear about indicating the problem and giving me options for solutions. Highly recommend.

Used them once before and the service was ok, but this last go around was the worst. The dispatch people were rude, it took 4 different plumbers and 2 weeks to finally get the job done and costed $225 more than the original quote. The last guy that came and finally got fixed our toilet was decent and is the only reason they get at least 2 stars. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Technician Andy is polite, patient and professional, and he did a great job in unclogging my kitchen pipelines. I will use the company again for future plumbing needs.

Pedro and Ken showed up very quickly, the same day, inspected the area, figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. The repair was not very messy but they also cleaned up the area when they were done. Very professional, helpful and polite. Also wore all of the PPE that was mentioned on line. Great job! They show up for free diagnose the issue for $170 (took a few minutes) and total price to to replace 2 toilet fill valves was $600. Their prices are crazy find a local plumber!

I used Roto Rooter to deal with a leaking hose connection. I booked online and received the email confirmation quickly. On the day of service the office called me with a clear arrival time which was within my chosen window and quite accurate.

Luis (Luis 675) was my plumber. He was polite. He respected social distancing and offered me a quote immediately. He kept me informed of what he was doing and what he needed from me. He worked quickly and neatly. When he was finished he showed me what he did and demonstrated. I am very happy with my Roto Rooter service today.

Nothing more dramatic than getting home after a hard day to find that the 4 bathrooms were clogged!! I remember that years ago I had another problem (not as severe as this one) but I called RR and they fixed it in no time. Well, this time I called them again and in 30 minutes a crew was at my house with professional equipment and knowledge. After replacing two wax rings the toilet still leaks into my downstairs neighbors bathroom. I called another plumber who determined that Roto-Rooter failed to use an additional wax ring which was required because of the depth of the toilet flange. They installed the additional ring and the problem was solved.

Good Afternoon. Today I want to bring attention to 2 incredible individuals. Mr Leebert Brown 8432 and Mr Wayne Parris 8448. I had a tough sewer block/drain block. These 2 technicians worked together like Batman and Robin. They tackled the problem and solved it. They where clear in everything they where doing as well as what needed to be done in the future to remedy this situation. They made feel comfortable and where extremely polite throughout the process. Never rushed and no clock watching. Very determined to make sure this situation was taken care of so my Thanksgiving would be a peaceful one. I commend this young men on a job well done.
