I called to inquire about pricing for a septic tank pump out and was immediately very pleased not only with the pricing, but with the helpful information offered even over the phone, and the extremely fast availability to have a plumber on site. When the plumbers showed arrived they were very knowledge, friendly, and had enough patience to explain the entire process to me as well as offering helpful tips in order to avoid any future problems. You NEED A NEW DRAIN-FIELD, ABSOLUTELY, THAT IS WHAT YOU NEED. That is what a half dozen plumbing contractors told me. When I first spoke to Edwin from AAA PRO Plumbing and told him that, he said he wasn't sure of that and that we would scope and video the line to be sure it was actually REACHING the drain-field. It's funny how NOBODY ELSE SUGGESTED THAT and it makes so much sense.
Edwin and his team of professionals, yes a TEAM, not one guy in a company T-shirt, but a real support organization were on the job the very next day after I made contact by phone. They scoped the line to verify and found that in fact, just as he had said, there was another issue, a blockage. Instead of $14,000.00 I spent $4,000.00. In the process, I got an education about the technical aspects and issues surrounding septic systems. My problem was solved by this HONEST AND WELL EDUCATED PROFESSIONAL AND HIS TEAM. YOU SHOULD BE SO LUCKY! I will never call anybody else!

I needed to complete a Septic Inspection before a deadline to a purchase contract. I spoke with Edwin and explained our situation and time frame. Access to the tank was difficult and was covered by landscaping and rocks. Other companies didn’t want to do it. Edwin assured me it would be no problem and scheduled the inspection the next day. Unfortunately the weather initially caused a delay and possible reschedule. I received a call from Edwin the weather cleared and he was on his way to complete the inspection. Job took a couple hours and got the report before the deadline. Great job and communication! We look forward to doing more business with Edwin and his company.

Woke up this morning to my toilets not flushing properly. One located upstairs & one downstairs. I called AAA PRO Plumbing and the young lady that answered assured me they will have someone out before the end of day! Sure enough by 4 pm Lee and Noel stopped by and within 20 min the problem was fixed!

Im not the type of person that leave reviews on businesses even if im happy with the results. Not because im ingrateful but mostly because my hectic life and lack of time but this story is different. It happened that AAA PRO PLUMBING got me out of a very complicated an unexpected situation. While remodeling my pool deck accidentally we ripped our septic tank and the mess started. That was on a Friday morning. By Friday mid afternoon i contacted AAA PRO PLUMBING a company i honestly disnt know and that i found on Google. I decided to called them the same day and they were immediately willing to acommodate my emergency and gave me a bext day appointment. Very puntual and professional, Edwing was able to offered me a solution right there at the best price in town. Today is Wednesday and my septic tank is all installed aling with a new drain field and all dine in less that 5 hours. Perfectly done like it never even happened. I saw Mel pumping out a septic tank at a neighbor’s house and asked him if he could pump out my tank. He was very professional, we agreed on a fair price for pumping out my tank and retrofitting it with man way to more easily access the tank for future pump outs. Mel did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. The following morning Noel and Roberto arrived and installed the man way and did a great job as well and were a pleasure to work with. This company is awesome! I woke up to an apartment flooded due to my septic tank having an issue. I called and they told me that they would not be able to make it to my house until late afternoon, but they made it out in under an hour! The technician literally emptied our septic tank and removed the soil that was inside, in less than an hour and a half! Literally a life saver and the work was done quickly and efficiently. The previous company was supposedly a reputable company but they installed my septic system with many mistakes from the get go. It took AAA Pro a little long to send me a proposal but it was worth waiting and I had a very good impression from the technician (Lee) . I have left messages for Edwan, apparently the owner of the company, for him to call me back regarding storm drain installation. He is not reachable and I have been told over a period of 3 weeks that he will get back to me. Nothing. I guess it is better that way as imagine if I had contracted with him and paid him and he would have been unresponsive. Now he is lying about me asking to do a job without permit. How would he know that since he never bother to reach back to me? Stay clear of this phony business.

Edwin is the company owner and he answered the phone , not some call center , the owner himself .
He helped me out the Saturday after Thanksgiving when I had a house full of people and my toilets were draining into my bathtubs . I was fixed and functioning within 2 hours of my call . The price was better than I expected being it was a holiday weekend .
Fast forward to today at 3pm I called with the same issue but much worse this time , the water wasn’t going down at all . Once again by 5:30 I was back in business with an empty septic tank and a diagnosis for future work. These guys rock !!

I would put a 0 if I could. They never showed up and when I called they had not scheduled the appointment . They told me they would call me back. They never did. I called again and they told me to look for someone else to do the job. I don't know if this guy Edwin ( the one I spoke with ) is the owner or an employee but certainly has no idea on how to run a business. Same goes for his secretary who took the appointment and probably wrote it down on toilet paper. Don't call this guys unless you want to waste your day waiting for a ghost like I did.

Doing a full kitchen remodel and had a handy man take a look and see why my wood looked so rotted. He said it was just a broken elbow or something like that. We hired this company to do a septic certification. The owner pieced everything out to overcharge us. This company was recommend to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with work and professionalism. I completely remodeled two bathrooms in my house one of which had to have a toilet moved, a hot tub drain moved to convert into a master shower, they also ran the new lines for a rain shower head, relocated shower fixtures and lastly I had them convert a single sink into a his and hers sink. They showed up as promised and work was completed beyond my expectations. I don't usually do these reviews but great work shouldn't go unnoticed. Highly recommend!!

Recommended AAA Pro Plumbing to a really good friend that faced a pretty unfortunate septic tank issue and backup. Not only were they professional, affordable and knowledgeable but they were extremely efficient. It's hard to find reliable plumbers but they are definitely the best around.

My husband and I needed to replace the drain field at our house that was in major disrepair. After calling different providers, I reached out to AAA Pro Plumbing and immediately spoke with Edwin. He came out very quickly to look at the job site in order to provide a quote and can share that Edwin was very knowledgeable, providing great advice on how we should proceed. He sent over the quote quickly (even though we didn’t pull the trigger and send over a deposit for another ~2 months). Edwin was great at communicating and setting expectations, explaining that it would take 3-4 weeks to complete the whole job, including pulling the permit, and that the physical job would take less than a work week, between construction and inspection. EVERYTHING Edwin promised, was delivered. We felt he went above and beyond to make us happy and accommodate our specific home’s needs. We ended up having to have a few changes to the original plan, which Edwin was able to accommodate quickly. I was impressed with how hands on Edwin is, he’s out there working with his crew, with all being respectful and courteous and you can tell they take pride in their work. I was home when the inspector came through, and I asked him how the crew performed; inspector stated they did an excellent job, music to the ears of homeowners!! His prices are neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive, the prices are FAIR. Without a doubt would hire him and his team for other jobs or maintenance, and would gladly recommend to family and friends. Thank you, Edwin and Team for helping us complete this project!
