(2021)I wanted to update this review a long time ago, but feared this company might be able to somehow take back the money I paid them. Below all of this text is a review that I had to leave in order to get my money back. The owner fought with me on the phone after I had left a review about how they sent someone over from their company who not only broke my bath faucet even more, but also wanted to charge me 1200$ for a service I later found out from another honest plumbing company would only have been a temporary fix to my problem, AND that I was being overcharged for a service that never amounts anywhere near what they stated. After I left a negative review the first time telling the truth about what happened and the events that occured, I was called by the manager or owner, who told me the only way they'd give me back my money was if I updated my review and that review made them look bad. His words, verbatim. I now want people to know the truth about this company and their shady business practices. This was about 2 years ago, but I will never forget how they treated my boyfriend and I. They blackmailed us for our own money. My hopes are that they have since polished their business ethics and have learned to treat their customers better, but I wouldn't be too sure about that. So I leave this edited review as a caution to anyone who might feel something might be off about this company, because odds are your gut feeling might be spot on.

Hector, technician 1911, was beyond kind and knowledgeable. Listened intently to what was troubling the plumbing system and promptly addressed the issue. Extremely professional and took his time to consider all potential causes of the plumbing troubles. Arrived at my house less than hour after I initially called headquarters to request service, on Saturday no less. Service was second to none. Highly recommend this team.

Nick was extremely pleasant over the phone
He told me he will come next morning and he came on time
He was very professional and he immediately diagnosed my problem. He gave me 2 options to fix the leak
He repaired the leak and his price was fair and reasonable
I had an experience in the past when I call plumbers they tend to make the problem appears worse that what it is . He was the opposite
Honestly he is the best plumber I have dealt with

I called RCR at 4pm on a Thursday (non-emergency), and they had someone at the house with a new water heater on Friday at 8am. Super fast install, friendly and efficient team.

Called Hernandez Plumbing to have my tankless water heater serviced. Technician Zamir was dispatched the next morning and arrived on time. He looked over the unit and said he would come the next morning. As promised he arrived on time the next morning and completed the service. Zahir is a consumate professional and a gentleman. I appreciate his excellent service!

This is now the second time I use this company and I am proven once again that I made the right choice. I reached out to them in the morning and had someone fixing my issues in the early afternoon. It's amazing how quick and efficient these guys are. I honestly have no complaints and recommend this company to everyone.

Great job. Professional plumbing services. I called because of an emergency with a clogged drain. They did all the work and cleaned the bathroom as well.

WMF Crew showed up when they said they would. The work they did was excellent and the only hassle was on my end - and they tolerated it. Bottom line - my situation was a bit different and they were willing to work with me and their work was everything I hoped for. Great job.

This is hands down the best plumbing service ever. The owner is super nice and down to earth and the people she dispatches are the very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a plumbing service, look no further. Chris was the person sent to my home. He installed a new water heater for my house. He was really nice and professional.
