Had a small emergency they showed up within an hour of calling them. They were quick and very professional. Hard to find people like them.

Very happy with NE Plumbing. One of our toilets was acting up—they sent insurance to building office within minutes of my call.

Was also able to fit us in same day to repair our toilet.

I definitely will use them again

New England plumbing has always been so good to us. They show up on time, always have been able to trouble shoot the problem right away and have been reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them to others!

This guy's very bad and dishonest... He lies about his advertisement. He say free estimate when he came first charge 129$ just for showing up plus 60$ for part... He asked me to paid him cash. He didn't even fiX lick. I have a very bad experience.... Becareful with him. very bad service

Patrick and Daveris were a pleasure to work with! Never have I had a business owner do everything possible to help me while expecting nothing in return. Patrick literally had me try everything (Solutions, Water, Coat Hanger, etc.) before going about with the service (where can you find such family geared service)!. I called during the morning, and even though I had to cancel, and reschedule at night; I was still honored the same price. What's more is Patrick is a Boston fan (nothing to do with service, but points in my book lol!). Daveris was the serviceman that came to my home. Apart from being a pleasure to speak with, it was a pleasure to see someone who's not only professional, but genuine and knowledgeable (he gave me tips on preventing any future backups). He may have been a Yankee fan, but everyone can't be perfect lol! On a serious note, I would like to sincerely thank Patrick and Daveris for their speedy service, humble conversation, and professional attitude. If they cannot get it done, no one can!

Had a Hot Water Heater break and called on Monday 11a.m. and how lucky I was that Patrick(one of the owners) was able to get to me by 12noon. Unheard of from my experience. Very relaxed guy and so pleasant to work with. Big recommendation for this company.

I have a condo and the association is strict on vendors paperwork. After a week dealing with several plumbers without the right papers I asked the building manager to send me someone that already was in their books. They referred me to New England Plumbing and they were a breeze. Once I spoke with Patrick, he spoke with the manager and tenant, showed up and fixed it. All of this in about 2 hours. I highly recommend them for a good, super fast and hassle-free job!

Excellent work on a complicated job. Multiple plumbers came and were unable to locate the leak in my home. New England was able to come thru. They also helped with dealing with the insurance company in completing the repairs. An unfortunate situation, with a great solution. Even thou I hope to not need the service again, if I do I know who to call.

After spending money on several different companies in north Miami New England Plumbing was finally able to fix my problem fast and and a less expensive price than the other companies that do patch up work! I’ve been using Patrick & his team @ New England plumbing for 3 years. I can’t say how many other plumbers I went through searching for reliable, quality, honest work. He always gets the job done no matter how long it takes.

Never trust this person Sebastian, he doesn’t know what he is doing,he charged me over one hundred and seventy dollars for small job and he but the wrong part because it was cheaper than the Wright one,I called him and told that he needed to get the right part, he said I need to pay him again, very rude with no manners, I ask to speak to the person in charge,he said that he owns the company, that why he is getting away with the scam he is doing that shameless person .

These guys are amazing. So hard to find people that are not only good at what they do but trustworthy, honest and dependable. To top it all off they are super nice.

They did a good job, I lost the water in the house from old pipes they came out with 2 guys and replaced it and now I have perfect pressure and lots of H2o

I was referred to the New England Plumbing from another plumbing company and I’m so glad they did! John Patrick and his associates are professional, responsive, and cost conscious. They have come back multiple times to help me fix the temperature after the water heater was repaired but it’s been too hot (we have an infant) or a little too cold. There’s been no complaints and they even reached out to see if I was happy and reminded me I have a year warranty.I am renting a place and the owner was willing to just buy a new water heater and New England Plumbing saved the owner a lot of money by fixing it instead of buying a new one. I’d imagine it’s more work on their end to offer a one year warranty on a machine that’s already 6 years old than to just tell me to a buy new one. I have saved their number in my phone as this is the company I will use moving forward.

Extremely satisfied. Professional knew what they were doing, explained what had to be done. Before starting to work laid down drop cloth to catch any debris and when job was done cleaned up entire area. Will definitely call them again!
