I had a great experience with Nick and Abraham. I had a leaky faucet outside and needed it repaired ASAP. I received service extremely fast from their team and the service repair itself was timely. Great professionals.

Abraham was lovely! On time, responsive, patient, and answered all our questions!

Abraham canceled on the same day and on my way to the place. On the second attempt, he finally showed up at the job place for a written estimate, which he never send, even though he assured me I'll have it by the end of the day. The repair appointment was set up for the following Monday but Abraham kept delaying sending the written estimate. I explained to him I need a written estimate before he showed up at the job place (as is required by Miami-Dade County) but he got infuriated and canceled the job. This company is run by crooks. BEWARE

Toilets received the Midas touch after malfunctioning issues; Ben Franklin technician recalibrated fixtures and now I’m as happy as a lark.

Nick was great, both him and his brother Abraham were friendly and thorough. He diagnosed the issue with the tankless water heater and the showers and set up a time to come get everything done. Once he finished all the work he explained what was done had pictures and a video explaining everything. I will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs and recommend him.

Nick came out to fix my under mounted sink that had fallen. All other plumber said I needed a ‘granite guy.’ Nick said ‘no problem.’

These guys are top notch. Very hard to find in Miami!. Nick was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and just an all around nice guy. He helped me find and resolve a leak I had between floors in my 2 story home. This all on a Friday evening, arriving within an hour and a half of my initial call.

He helped me get the COI for the HOA and kept me informed of the procedure all the way. He was courteous, professional and fast. I will definitely keep them on the top of my rolodex. Before I had called Home Adviser and they sent an electrician instead of a plumber and plus never sent the COI the way the HOA requests and on top of it they charged 335.00.

The positive reviews are fake. He was most expensive than the other plumbers which is why I went with him because I wanted quality. I called, we agreed on job/price, and I scheduled his earliest time which was 3 days from then. I waited for Nick to arrive. He completely forgot about the appointment, then after I reminded him he still said he could go that day.
At the end of the day he never showed, never followed up, and didn't return calls or texts. Then he said he can come on Saturday. I spoke to him bluntly and his response was to hire someone else - which i already decided to do, but just shows the low-class person you are hiring.

Abraham was very punctual, even arrivng early. He was knowlegeable and worked quickly. He was not cheap. A $200 part and 35 minutes of labor came to $590. He did have to travel to a nearby plumbing store to find a part which he said was included in labor time. We also had an misunderstanding on the job cost. He initially quoted $590 but I asked for a total of $500 for parts and labor. We agreed verbally. But I was charged $590. I signed an invoice for $590 on his cell phone. I didn't have my glassed and could not read it clearly. That's my fault I agree but I felt that I was taken advantage of.

After failing to find an available plumber from recommendations I had received, I used several sites through Google and located Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I was connected almost immediately to Abraham, whose confidence and expertise assured me that I had made a good choice for replacement of my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He answered my questions so that I could select the proper equipment and we arranged an appointment for later in the week. On the day of service I was contacted 30 minutes prior to the appointment time and Abraham showed up as scheduled. He was able to explain the entire process and even with a few glitches that come from a 40 year old faucet set up, was able to expertly complete the job in under an hour. I was particularly pleased that he cleaned up the work area and made sure everything the new faucet and disposal worked to my satisfaction.
I am very satisfied with my experience and with the professional and friendly attitude of Abraham. I will be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for other services and I hope others will too.

We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the morning to request a garbage disposal installation and the plumber, Abraham, was at our house by the early afternoon on the same day. He installed our new garbage disposal and identified a valve that was preventing us from getting full hot water pressure. Abraham was communicative and friendly. The price was reasonable. We'd be comfortable going back for future plumbing needs.

This is the 1st time using this company and found them on google with great reviews. I accidentally dropped a mini air freshener can in the toilet and it went down…I couldn’t catch it in time so it clogged my toilet and it was out of use. We only have 1 bathroom in our house, so you can imagine the urgency for a quick resolution. Abraham was quick, efficient and personable. The install also included, 2 instant hot water heater, a water pressure booster. Nick is knowledgeable, professional, Honest and hard working. Everything was up and running in no time, Kevin Gray Design will be using Nick for all our Plumbing needs. We were lucky to find him.

It seemed like this company outsources its service to local individual plumbers - when I called their number on their website my call was ALWAYS directed to a local plumber (that means there is no way to call about a complaint!). The plumber charged me a lot for the job (which is fine as I was in a hurry to get the problem solved) and promised me to dispose the garbage. However, he failed to take away the huge chunk of garbage and when I called him he asked for another $200 to do so. The lesson I learned is that never rely on google reviews solely, at least check the company on BBB you will get more information.
