My client's tenant had an emergency with a toilet problem, Abraham from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing answered the phone and within hours he went to the property and fixed the problem. He helped me get the COI for the HOA and kept me informed of the procedure all the way. He was courteous, professional and fast. I will definitely keep them on the top of my rolodex. I highly recommend them.

Before I had called Home Adviser and they sent an electrician instead of a plumber and plus never sent the COI the way the HOA requests and on top of it they charged 335.00.

Had a tenant reach out with constant back ups in my back studio that kept happening a few time a year. Turns out, after the plumber ran a sewer camera, the pipe had a back pitch and needed to be fixed. They installed a new pipe in 1 day and very easy smooth process. Everyone there is very experienced and nice! as a property manager i will use them again. I love working with marlon!

Scheduled an appointment with them. The guy showed up an hour late. He did a good job narrowing the cause of the problem and he scheduled to come back the following week to complete the repairs. When the day came, I texted him to confirm that we were still on. He texted back that he has another job to finish and he may be late. He didn't reply to my response asking what time he would be able to make it or if we had to reschedule.

Texted him again the day after and the day after that. Called him multiple times. No responsse. That's not professional.

Just to show you how dishonest this guy is, he just replied to my review saying that I have the wrong business. Doesn't he know I have the text messages from his phone number?

Dishonest people really bother me.
