Horrible experience doesn't know what he's doing overpriced and had to call another plumber to fix the problem. If I could give it half a star I would.

Avoid this company! They will rip you off with incompetence and then failure to rectify the problem and refusal to answer emails. They installed a tankless hot water heater in my condo that was not appropriate nor large enough. I questioned the plumber in detail prior to installation as this was a replacement. To make a long story short, I brought in a plumbing expert (not someone looking to make a buck by installing another hot water heater) plus called 2 manufactures and all agreed that the heater was not the right size. I agreed to paying the difference for a larger unit and paying for any electrical work that had to be done but I did not agree to paying labor again for a mistake they made. They are now refusing to answer emails and rectify the problem. $1,500 for nothing.

The service provided was acceptable. The warranty on the work was for 30 days. When an issue came up the warranty changed to 7 days. Now they want me to pay more money for a job not done correctly in the first place.
I will never call these guys again.

Technicians have a great attitude however they are commission based workers (so watch out), the so-called manager Scott has no customer service orientation whatsoever. Paid 4K for apparently something that was not the main issue and now, back to figuring out what is causing the clogs! Received a 6 month “guarantee” that the company says its the original technician responsibility and since he cannot be contacted, left with nothing! Pathetic! I will go Better Business Bureau! If you can pay with your card so that you can also challenge the job if not satisfied!

Typically I pay no mind to 1 star reviews as they are often unreasonably personal, and entirely lacking in command of the English language.

But in this case, I should have read those reviews. A man named Scott refused to give me a ballpark estimate on a job requiring 3 feet of pvc pipe installation. Understandable at first, these jobs can certainly be complex.

I agree to the $125 non-refundable fee in order to get an estimate, under the agreement that his workers arrive on time to fix the urgent matter. Instead of arriving at around 3pm as agreed upon, his workers arrive at 7:45pm that day. His workers show me proof that Scott gave them an incorrect address to my house by mistaking a digit in the zip code. They were sent 1hr and 20 minutes in the wrong direction.

Upon arriving, I explain the situation to the plumbers. They tell me they have the materials on hand but that it's too late to do the job. On top of that, they tell me they could do that job in two hours otherwise, and for a cost of materials of about $350.

But Scott is brilliant, and affirms the $350 materials cost, but suggests the job would take 2 days of work to do and therefore the cost of the job is $1800. Hmm. His workers claim $650 is what they could complete the job for, in a matter of a few hours, but Scott in his omniscience not only disagrees with that fact, but proceeds to call me cheap and ignorant for daring to reason the price of this plumbing job despite not being a plumber myself.

I keep my temper throughout the process of being repeatedly insulted by a man who claims to be a honest plumber with utmost professionalism. Despite politely asking him to waive the initial cost due to the errors and inability to satisfy my emergency needs as promised, I am met with insult after unreasonable insult. The only promise this man agreed to keep was the one where he robs me of my $125 fee whether I like it or not. The cherry on top is his promise to send recordings of our conversation to American Express when I notify him that I will indeed dispute the charges.

It almost seems like strong arming his customers for profit is his true business model. Beware

Wow just talked to tech about coming out and giving a quote, and without even coming out said I would need an electrician to do wiring and cant just install crapy tankless waterheater from HomeDepot. True or not, Not professional.

i will give this company a minus 5 stars, because even if he is polite to other customers, they are still paying too much for the job.
There are no words to describe the rudeness of the person in charge for this company It is inconceivable the way he treats customers, first he is the nicest guy and very polite when offering his overpriced services, he takes you to believe you have to do the job, and as soon as he is done blowing two roof pipes for $505, he becomes Mr Ruder ( impolite, discourteous, uncivil, ill-behaved, unmannerly, mannerless). I have never met anybody who can behave like that towards a customer. I already gave my review of that experience when the job was done. I am giving one again because I called Mr Ruder to request a copy of the receipt of the job done 7 months ago, and he responded, rude again, that the company does not keep a receipt that old (?!!) and that if i wanted a copy i would have to pay $50 (is that legal?) when I asked him why, he hang up.....Good luck!!

Scott Ward to the rescue!! I had a leak that needed repaired below the slab but he was able to fix my issue in a timely manner, with relative ease and prevent me from making it worse. You have an open invite to come over on a Sunday even when no plumbing emergency. Thanks Again Scott!!

The plumber was professional, courteous, efficient and arrived on time. I was kept updated on the obtaining of parts that were needed and the arrival time- I really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again in the future, if needed?

the worst service I've ever had. The technician had to go twice to repair the same toilet and in both times they charged me different amounts (saying that were different problems) at the end I paid almost $400!!! (a new toilet costs less than $200)... now, after 4 months I have “another” problem with the same toilet that they repaired and Ohhh!! They tell me that the guarantee is only for 1 month! And now I have to pay them $320 to repair it again. I feel cheated by them!. Lousy service! overpriced! technicians not qualified! The worst ever!!!!

Called this company to get a quote, asked them to give me a rough estimate because the other place I had called told me it was going to be a $100 dollars for a $15 piece you could get at Home Depot. The guy who answered the call just said I got you man, good luck and hung up. Absolutely terrible service.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Miami is a honest plumbing company when it comes to pricing. They did not have any hidden fees and gave me an estimate upfront. Will be calling Mr Rooter again.

Do NOT use this company. The plumber himself, Scott, is nice. However, the never arrive on time and never call to notify when the plumber is on his way. The last service was done incorrectly, and there is a leak as a result. When I scheduled an appointment to fix it, they never showed up. If I could give zero stars, I would have. Terrible experience.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Miami has reasonable pricing. If you have leakage problems and don't know where it's coming from, Mr. Rooter can diagnose your problem and fix it like new. I highly recommend to anyone.

My toilet and sewer is constantly messing up because of my (let’s just say, explosive) boyfriend. I think the person named Scott is who helped me. Very knowledgeable guy! Super friendly and completely satisfied with the service provided. Highly recommend this place!
