I had company at my house and the bath tub was clogged. The Representatives kept in good contact with me keeping me informed when the plumber would arrive. He came under a big storm, was friendly and kind, and did a wonderful job.

Rite plumbing was quick and responsive to my needs from the beginning! They brought all the necessary parts and tools to fix a Pressure Reducer Valve that was leaking in my home. They definitely work to ensure maximum satisfaction.. I highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs!

The owner Steve is a very professional! I called and explained my issue and he gave me 3 different DIY solutions. I called back several times and he answered right away while giving me great advice! My experience with Dovis Plumbing was great! Tatiana the representative who scheduled my appointment was very professional and thorough and response time for my appointment was exceptional. My service technician Willie was pleasant and professional assessed everything gave me three different options to choose from, which I chose the best that fit my budget for right now he was honest and letting me know that eventually I will need a new hot water heater which I appreciate the honesty. I will use Dovis Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommend to my neighbors. 👍👍

We got a snake drain cleaning fiom Ez, and now the drain run smooth and perfect. After trying 2 plumbers they finally got the clogged that was in my bathroom for months. I absolutely recommend this company.

Pay them $200 to come out and check my water heater, which is broken and they can't even provide me an estimate quote to fix within 48hrs. It's now 72hrs later and still waiting for it. On hold with them multiple times to follow up with no avail. Customer service rep Mary Jo Trible is the ugliest person I have spoken with on the phone. Not friendly, not accountable, not reliable.
