Would highly recommend Lazaro from Dolphinz Plumbing!! I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom that needed to be detected. Lazaro was able to come out the very same day I called, detected the leak with a camera through the wall, was able to fix the upstairs toilet that was creating the leak, walked me through the entire process, and left the very same day with a fixed toilet and leak. This Gentlemen is very professional, and loves his job. His priority is his clients and what we need. I had a vibrating sound coming out of the faucet in one of my Restrooms. He had all the tools necessary to find a leak or make sure he did everything step by step to find this issue. These guys are crooks. They came in to fix an extremely simple leak under my sink with what seemed to be great success. With in one week the pipe was leaking again. I was able to get a hold of them and was told that they would schedule someone to come out the next day to fix the leak. Since that conversation they have gone radio silent. They do now answer my calls or messages and have been sending me to voice mail the last 4 calls. Do not use this shady terrible plumbing service. Homeowners beware.

I called and was advised they were on a job, but would try to get here once completed. They continually updated me and advised they would still come even though it was getting late and if I couldn't do it this night they could come the following morning. They came the same night and stayed until the repair was completed. It was an underground leak so they explained the process for getting a credit from miamu dade water and sewer. They had me take pictures of the progress to ensure there would be no issues with the credit. They stuck around until they were sure the job was completed correctly. Excellent service.

I would gladly engage the great folks at Dolphinz Plumbing again. We had a mysterious water leak coming from a toilet. They responded quickly and arrived on time. Determined the issue and promptly fixed it while thoroughly explaining what was going on. They left the area clean as well.

This is the second time I had Lazaro from Dolphinz Plumbing help me with a plumbing issue. Lazaro went above and beyond and diagnosing my Titan water heater which was not working. He spent extra time making sure it all work properly and I really appreciate the attention and service. I would definitely recommend & use again.

My 15 year old water heater was pretty much done so I needed a replacement ASAP. I called on a Friday afternoon expecting to schedule something for the following week or later. I was pleasantly surprised when Lazaro told me he could do it “right now.”

I sent him pictures of the old unit and he picked one up and came over in about an hour. He removed the old unit, installed the new one and cleaned up. He made sure everything was working perfectly and leak free.

He charged what I thought was a fair price for the install made even more impressive by the fact that he did it on a Friday afternoon. His company was recommended to me by family and would have no problem recommending him to anyone.

I have now used Dolphinz Plumbing twice and am extremely satisfied with Laz's service. Two words that I would use to characterize Dolphinz Plumbing are integrity and dedication.

The first time I used their service was to install a tankless water heater. Laz arrived at the agreed upon time and promptly began his work. He replaced a shutoff valve and discovered that it was defective with a small internal leak. He could have very easily left it as is but he called my attention to it and replaced it causing 2 more hours of work for him. He stayed working until 9pm that he was able to finish the job. He cleaned up after himself and disposed of the old water heater.

The second time I used their service was on a Saturday about 2 weeks later. My sister-in-law's home developed a leak from a sink shut off valve. I contacted Laz at 3pm and he told me he would be right over. He arrived shortly after and replaced the values.

I had the best experience you could ask for. Not only did Lazaro come out on Christmas day for emergency troubleshooting of our water heater that failed. He was able to come back first thing the following morning, after he could get the new tankless water heater when stores opened, and installed right away. He was professional, curtious, communicated well and was helpful during the process and I felt like he had our best interest in mind the entire time. I put a request in at 830pm to trace a leak in my bathroom, Laz was the first to respond. I didn't decide to use him because he was the first but also because of previous customer testimony. We scheduled an appointment for the following day, he showed up on time, was supper polite and professional. He went through a battery of tests going under my house (crawlspace) inside my house until he was able to locate the leak. He plugged my shower, flooded it then went back under the house with a line camera and was able to see the shower pan was leaking. This guy is young, energetic and is passionate about his work. My hats of to Laz and his company.

Water heater conversion tank to tankless same say with sediment filter will call again

Needed an emergency repair due to a shower cartridge that was stuck open the night before, apparently due to sediment accumulation. A nearby emergency plumbing service answered my call that night, took my information, but I never got a call back from a plumber. The next morning, I called up Dolphinz. They responded quickly and even updated me on their driving progress. Their payment process is through a convenient online third party.

After the first cartridge replacement work was completed, we discovered that the cartridge installed was defective. Dolphinz promptly bought another cartridge and returned to my address to replace the defective one.

I would definitely recommend them for emergency plumbing services in the area.

Dolphinz Plumbing saved the day and were great to work with! While excavating for a new pool, our main water line that runs from the house to the meter was completely destroyed leaving us with no water. I had no idea who to call and found Dolphinz Plumbing on google. They contacted me back right away and were very professional, provided options and estimates over the phone, and were willing to come out that afternoon. Since we were unsure of access issues with the pool construction equipment, I told him I would follow up in the morning. I texted in the morning and they were here in an hour, checked out what needed to be done, gave a fair price, came back with a crew and a bulldozer, and within a few hours we had new plumbing from the house around the future pool and out to the meter. Having an unexpected expense for plumbing is never fun, but I’m very thankful to have been lucky enough to find a plumber that was a pleasure to work with!
